The apartment I San Pedro de Alcantara has with 7 people capacity, three bedrooms and 3
bathrooms and a guest toilet.
It is comfortable, is very light, and is 130 m2. The terraces has an extra 120 m2. It has views from
both floors over the Mediterranian and over La Concha, the mountain behind Marbella. It also has
views over the swimming pools, one for adults and one for the kids.
The apartment is located 200 meters from San Pedro Beach along the beach promenade called
Paseo. The beach is sandy, and around the Paseo lots of restaurants by the sea. If you walk up
against the town, 10 minutes away, you find an additional 15 restaurants before you enter the city
center.
In the town you can find lots of places to eat, take a coffee, take a drink or eat a tapas or two.
A Supermarket (Carrefour) is 500 m away. San Pedro Busstation is 700 m away, taking you by bus
to towns like Gibraltar, Marbella, Ronda or Seville.
5 min walk to a tennis and paddle club with gym.
Lots of Golfcourses nearby within 10 minutes drive.
Puerto Banus is 3 km away, walking along the seaside. Marbella town is 10 km away.
Selwo Aventura Park is 15 km away having animals and fun things to do.
50 km from Malaga airport.
The accommodation is equipped with the following items; lift, garden furniture, barbecue,
fireplace, iron, internet (WiFi), hair dryer, jaccussi, air conditioned, communal swimmingpool, open
air parking, 2 TV sets with Crome cast and 180 channels of TV in Spanish, English, German,
Dutch,French, Swedish, Norwegian, Finnish and Danish etc.
Fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, coffe machines, toaster, and
kettle are provided.
Not only does this apartment offer great convenience, but our lock box system means that collection can take place from our office no matter how late your flight arrives, onwards from the check-in time.
Additionally we provide a great amount of amenities for you so that you don't have to worry about buying it before arrival. These include: hand soap, shower gel, shampoo, dishwashing tablets, 2 rolls of toilet roll for each bathroom, sponge, dishwashing soap, wipes, and towels.
