L'appartement Le Beausite C est un appartement élégant et lumineux qui bénéficie d'un emplacement privilégié dans le centre de Chamonix. Il a été décoré avec goût et constitue une option idéale pour une petite famille ou un groupe d'amis qui souhaitent séjourner dans le centre de Chamonix. En été, la piscine sur le toit, qui est ouverte de juin à septembre, offre une vue imprenable sur le Mont Blanc.

L'appartement est situé dans la rue principale piétonne de Chamonix. Vous êtes proche de toutes les commodités, les restaurants à votre porte, mais les bars plus animés sont à quelques minutes à pied ce qui vous permettra de passer de bonnes nuits de sommeil. L'exposition de l'appartement vous donne la vue sur le Mont Blanc depuis le balcon et le Tour et le Brévent depuis la chambre et la cuisine.

Le salon et la salle à manger sont en plan ouvert, équipés d'un canapé confortable, d'une télévision à écran plat avec des chaînes françaises et britanniques, d'un accès à internet par fibre optique, d'un lecteur DVD et une table à manger pouvant accueillir 6 personnes confortablement. La cuisine est bien équipée et parfaite pour cuisiner, elle comprend un four, un micro-ondes, un lave-vaisselle, une machine à café et un appareil à fondue et à raclette.

La chambre principale est équipée d'un lit double et offre une vue sur les montagnes. La deuxième chambre, plus petite, est équipée de lits superposés et il y a aussi un canapé-lit dans le salon. La salle de bains familiale est équipée d'une douche à l'italienne et d'un WC séparé. Il y a une machine à laver et un sèche-linge, un parking et un emplacement au garage.

Good location and views

Appartement was convenient and complete with good views on mountain, good kitchen with all good appliances, coffee machines and all what you need, living room spacious and comfortable, master bedroom spacious but bed rather small and hard. Small bedroom only suitable for kids. Good bathroom but shower useless, hardly any water pressure and should be improved.

Thank you for all your comments. They will certainly be helpful when a family plans to stay with us. As for the water, we are working on improving it. We want our guests to be comfortable, so we immediately repair anything that is not working properly.

Excellent stay

Well located property

Apartment was clean, well maintained and well equipped. However, the bed in the master bedroom was uncomfortable. So uncomfortable we were unable to sleep there.

Very nice apartment

Fantastic apt great location

Convenient and gorgeous apt with views up and down the valley. Located at the end of the pedestrian mall but high enough to be peaceful. Half block to the ski bus, grocery across the street and too many restaurants to list. This is a fantastic place to stay when visiting Chamonix

Perfect stay for active family

This apartment had everything we needed as an active family of five, washing and drying facilities were excellent, the location of the apartment was superb. The apartment had everything you would normally have a t home, cooking utensils etc. The apartment is located across the street from a busy bar which was open quite late but this didn't bother us as we were exhausted from our days activities, I would highly recommend this apartment for families with older children or couples

Fantastic view!

The appartment was very good equipped with everything you could need. A warm place with fantastic big windows of where you could see Mont Blanc from your leaving room! We felt that sometimes we enjoyed better staying in than going out! Chamonixallyear is a very well organised travel agency. Thank you for our great holiday!!!

Great apartment with a great view right in the middle of everything and walking distance to slopes or Aguille du Midi. Recommened but the spare bedroom is not suitable for adults, it does have a pullout couch.

A great choice

The apartment is Ina great location and with an amazing view. The living room is spacious and the kitchen has everything you'd need to prepare food. The master bedroom is good size and the kids room with the bunk beds is very narrow - not sure it can comfortably sleep two adults. Well, they will sleep comfortably as the beds are OK, but just thinking of two adults there with suitcases - not a great fit. Nevertheless, we were 3 guys in that apartment and had a great time. I like the fact that the living room had 3 sofas, so all of us could use it together to relax and socialize. I totally recommend this apartment

Nice flat ... awful beds

The apartment is situated on the main shopping drag towards to south end of town, about 10/15 mins walk from the centre of town. Perfectly good bars and restaurants nearby (although don't use the local Spar, which is second rate. The SuperU in the centre of the town is 1000x better). The flat itself is nice, with a balcony looking over Aguille Midi and Mont Blanc. The kitchen is well appointed with everything we needed. The only reason I give it a 3 star rating is the bed in the main room is tremendously noisy, creaking every time you move an inch. This kept me awake the first couple of nights, and after I developed significant back pain (caused by the bed) I chose to sleep on the floor. Not a very enjoyable part of my holiday, to say the least. My son also had to sleep on the pull out sofa bed, as a slat in the bunk bed (which is very short, by the way) meant he couldn't sleep in the very small bunk room. The swimming pool is basic, and without anywhere to sit. So, we enjoyed Chamonix, nice apartment, but the beds int he apartment spoilt what otherwise would have been a nice holiday. Avoid.

Good overall stay

Good overall stay. The flat is pleasant and warm. It is in good condition with all amenities required including parking. Ideal for a family of 4 with two children. On the negative side, bed is not comfortable. Checkout is too early at 10am.
