Ce bel et lumineux appartement de 67 m2, a été récemment en grande partie rénové, et est personnellement et agréablement meublé. Il dispose d'un grand balcon avec table, chaises et fauteuils, et d'une terrasse sur le toit encore plus grande à l'étage où se trouvent des chaises longues et une table et des chaises. Les deux ont une vue magnifique sur la mer. L'appartement est situé à 150 m de la mer et de la plage à Saint-Laurent-du-Var. A proximité il y a plusieurs restaurants, boulangerie et même des épiceries plus petites. 5 minutes de l'aéroport.

Le salon est spacieux avec un groupe de canapés et un coin repas pour 6 personnes. Le salon dispose également de la climatisation et d'une télévision. Du salon il y a une porte directement sur le balcon.
La cuisine bien équipée et fraîche a tout ce dont vous pourriez avoir besoin, comme un lave-vaisselle, un four / micro-ondes, une cafetière, des ustensiles de cuisine et du verre / de la vaisselle.

Il y a 2 chambres. La chambre principale dispose de la climatisation et il y a une sortie directe sur le balcon. Le lit est tout neuf avec un matelas confortable, 160x200 cm. Une grande armoire et une télévision se trouvent également dans la chambre.
La plus petite chambre a 2 nouveaux lits de 80 x 200 cm. Adjacent à cette chambre, il y a une petite salle de douche récemment rénovée avec lavabo. Une armoire est également disponible.
La salle de douche fraîche et lumineuse avec une douche spacieuse et un grand lavabo.

Lovely flat with a great location very close to the beach and harbour. Hosts were friendly and very helpful. The apartment has all of the practical features you might need. Terraces are a really welcome feature. Very safe and quiet area. Very clean inside and comfortable to stay in. Shops a little too far away for quick, easy shopping but one could take an Uber! Lots of restaurants nearby to suit every taste.Very close to Nice airport which makes it convenient to access.All in all very nice and an easy recommendation.Thankyou to Malin and Jonas x

A Perfect Stay!We had the most wonderful stay at Malin & Jona’s Vrbo! The apartment was exactly as described.clean and well-maintained. Wonderful Sea view Apartment

We loved everything about this apartment. The owners have thought of every detail and amenity you could need. The place was clean, updated beautifully and very spacious. The roof deck was the icing on the cake, we enjoyed coffee up there every morning and a glass of wine every evening. The beach access was close and there are Pony and Lime bikes to rent on the promenade which makes getting to Nice or Cagnes a breeze. Loved being so close to all of the restaurants at the pier. We highly recommend staying here and if we find ourselves back in the area we will look to book this place again!

Amazing apartment

We had an amazing stay in this apartment close to Nice. The apartment is well equipped (kitchensupplies, washing machine etc). Location is close to the airport and the city centre. Malin and Jonas are very nice and respond quickly to questions. You have your own parking space in a garage that is very safe. The view from the apartment and the roof terrace is stunning!! We will definitely come back here one day!

Our wonderful stay at Nice

Thank you Malin and Jonas, the lovely couple that are hosts to their lovely home in Nice. The apartment is beautifully furnished, the balcony, rooftop are the areas to relax. The kitchen has ample sunlight in the morning and there are just positive vibes in this home. It’s very secure and the couple takes effort to hand over the keys and give suggestions on things to do. I really appreciate their personal touch and care in making sure that the guests are welcome. It is wonderfully located near the beach with many eateries within few feet of the house. Thank you for the beautiful experience in hospitality. It’s surely made our trip memorable.

Immaculate property & hosts

From start to finish our stay was perfect. Malin and Jonas were the most gracious and welcoming hosts who went the extra mile in collecting us when our taxi dropped us at the wrong address. And if that wasn't enough, this property delivers on every level. It's well thought out with beautiful decor, incredible level of detail and cleanliness and every facility you could want in a home away from home. Not to mention the perfect location close by the promenade, great restaurants and the right transport links. If you want to feel truly spoilt this has it all. We will be back. Wouldn’t hesitate to use the apartment again.

Well equipt, Mallin and her husband really looked after us. Even when we managed to accidentally lock ourselves out on the balcony lol she dropped everything and came to our rescue. Location was fab and the longest we waited for an uber was 4 minutes. We tried to book in again on our return to Nice but the apartment was already booked a big error on our part. You can book this apartment with confidence.

First off, the queen room we stayed in is tiny. So small that the door to the bathroom can’t open because it hits the toilet. Since we booked the room on VRBO as opposed to directly through the motel itself we didn’t get any check-in instructions and since there is no longer a front office to speak to anyone, we had to call to get into our room. The picture of the outside public area is misleading because it doesn’t look anything like that in real life. Also not sure why the motel feels the need to voice their politics but they do so that’s cool too. For the price and size of this place I would definitely never come back. Location is nice if you want to walk to the hot springs but that’s all it has going for it.

Wonderful Stay!

My family of four stayed at this beautiful apartment in Saint Laurent du-Var, hosted by Malin and her husband, Jonas. The property is located a short drive from Nice city center and a short walk away from the beach and a ton of seaside restaurants. Perfect for what we were looking for. The apartment itself was immaculate with every detail thought of - from the kitchen amenities to the binder full of instructions and guides. Malin was wonderful and pleasant. She was very helpful and accomodating. You can tell she takes a lot a pride as a host, which is often missing from less engaged property hosts. Ironically, the pictures don't do this property justice; the spacious balcony that leads to the private rooftop terrace via a spiral staircase (and offering a nice sea view) was a great surprise. In summary: Fantastic apartment! Wonderful hosts! Great location! 10/10 Experience!

Beautiful Apartment with a View

We stayed for 5 nights in October. The apartment is very much as listed. There is everything you need to have a lovely holiday by the sea. It was spotlessly clean and very well stocked. We were only on the rooftop patio once as we were touring most of the time but it would be lovely to have time to relax there. I do need to mention that the staircase might be hard to manage for some, especially after a glass or two of lovely French wine! We did find that the area is more for a beach vacation and groups that prefer to eat in. The restaurants close by tend to cater more to the afternoon vacationers. This may be different in the summer months but at this time of year we found that we needed to drive to find restaurants with quality food. I would highly recommend this apartment for a long summer stay as it has everything you need to make you feel at home! For a short touring vacation this may not be the perfect spot.

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à St Laurent du var . L’appartement est très bien équipé ,rien ne manque , la décoration de très bon goût , on se sent comme à la maison Hôtes au top et la terrasse sur le toit tout aussi top !. Vous pouvez réserver en toute confiance
