This chic Parisian one bedroom flat is located in the 5th Arrondissement, it has recently been completely refurbished. Explore Paris and keep it simple with this tidy, modern and spacious apartment! Perfect for the traveler, this apartment boasts a wonderful location next to the beautiful Jardin des Plantes. Outfitted with all of the essentials, including kitchen and high-speed Internet, the apartment makes a great home base for visitors looking to discover the City of Lights.
Everything is as depicted in the pictures. Only comment is the bathroom sink drain is very slow. We ended using the kitchen sink for brushing out teeth and washing hands.
This apartment is in a primo spot, next to the river and a main Metro station. My mom and I loved the neighborhood for its restaurants and nearby market. We also loved the proximity to Les Jardin de Plantes, a large park for walking and relaxing.
This apartment had plenty of space for our family of 4 and the AC was a lucky find for us in hot European days. Great location with wonderful stores, restaurants, monuments, and coffee shops all around us.Due to our travel schedule, coordinating check-in time/details was a bit more effort than I wouldâve liked, but that is more on me and how we travel-we just didnât always have wifi to coordinate promptly.
Great apartment in a lovely neighbourhood- Sweet Jardin des Plantes
A really well set up apartment in a great location. Stayed for 3 nights and it was a perfect base for exploring Paris. Good size for a family of four (2 adults and 2 children (8 and 11). Check in was simple and communication leading up to arrival was excellent.
The stay in the apartment was good. It is located in a nice location close to the metro. In addition, the apartment was well equipped. However, the contact with the owners was not always smooth and there were a few things broken, such as a loose toilet seat and the Velux that did not work
This is a cozy flat, perfect for four older people (small children may have trouble on loft steps); located within close proximity to great restaurants, train station, grocery and bakery. We were very comfortable and the flat contained most amenities.
This cozy property was perfectly suited to what we needed. Big enough for a very comfortable nightâs sleep for a family of four (mom, dad and two twenty-something kids) after two long days of exploring the spectacular attractions. Very comfortable beds and fully equipped kitchen. Beautiful way to start the day by walking through the Jardins des Plantes. The host was very helpful, personable and accommodating and allowed us to check-in early and drop our bags at the apartment. We had a wonderful stay!
Ruben and Anton were fantastic to deal with. Both very kind and helpful people. The apartment was much bigger than we expected, and was warm and comfortable. I will stay there again if I can! All the appliances and appointments were very modern and clean.
Stayed 5 nights to do Paris half marathon- location was great and only short walk to starting and finishing line . Easy access to metro . We felt very safe in the evenings walking back in the area - McDonaldâs few minutes walk , restaurants just round the corner - great food, cocktails great value for money .
My friends and I enjoyed our stay. It was clean and close to the Seine and also the TGV. We could walk to the train on our way to provence. We were able to get quick responses when need. The stairs were a bit challenging but we managed. The beds were very comfortable and there were lots of clean towels. It was an enjoyable stay!
This apartment is in an ideal location close to the underground, the river, good restaurants, a grocery store, and Le Jardin des Plantes. What wasnât ideal was a couple of things. First was the day we arrived. Our greeter, Mark, arrived late to let us in. We waited about an hour for him which wasnât ideal. Then he rushed us through the process to familiarize ourselves with the apartment. We ended up messing up the process to get out of the apartment our first time because I couldnât remember the steps he told me to take. I would recommend that you write up directions for how to use the key fob and key and post them on the door. Also, it would be great if the kitchen were equipped with salt and pepper, wash cloths for cleaning the counters and table, and more than one dish towel. The bathroom had hand and bath towels but no wash cloths. That would be appreciated.Working with Anton was great! He was quick to communicate with us and made sure to explain things well.
Communication about setting up rental confusing. Had to speak with several people. Property manager Anton was great. Apartment just as pictured. Great location.
We had a lovely stay here with our teen and tween. It was great for the kids to have their own room and the location of the apartment made it really easy to navigate on the metro system. The apartment was well stocked with appliances, we even got some much needed washing done! The kitchen had everything we needed (once we found the secret cutlery drawer above the oven). There are lots of stairs but there is also a lift which was handy for the luggage and tired legs. All in all, we really enjoyed our time here. It was close to transport, bars, restaurants and the river which made our 3 days in Paris fantastic.
We had a great stay and would recommend the apartment to others with children between 8-15. The apartment is most suitable for two adults and two children, in my opinion. Our family of 4 found it quite comfortable, secure, convenient, and tidy. We would stay again, should we return to Paris. We enjoyed easy access to the metro (and use of the Bonjour RATP app recommended by Anton) and a walk along the Seine to Ile de la Citee and Notre Dame. The street is quiet and windows open to a courtyard, which meant for lots of shade in the late afternoon and quiet sleeping conditions.
