Hi, some tips that can answer your questions,

1. To enter from the street, you need a gate code which is: A3184.
To enter the residence you have to cross the courtyard, you will find a paned glass door who opens with an electronic badge. This badge will be delivered with a set of keys at your arrival.

2. The apartment is a 5 minute walk (350 meters) from Passy Metro Station, line 6 .

3. Nearby attractions within walking distance?
Trocadéro and Eiffel Tower at 550 meters, all the museums in this sector, such as the Museum of Man, the Fashion museum, museum of modern art, large aquarium in Paris, National Navy Museum, the Museum of Monet, among others. You are in the cultural heart of the city !!!

4. Grocery stores and cafes nearby?
At 3 minutes walk is the INNO store in Passy Plaza shopping center, and the "rue de l'annonciation" one of the typical Parisiennes streets. with charming cafes, a marketplace for fruits, fish, meats and everything you want in a traditional countryside environment.

5. Airport? depends if it is from Roissy Charles de Gaulle more or less € 60 each way if Orly more about 30 €. This is all depending on road traffic. But do not worry all taxis operate with taximeters .

6. And who cleans the apartment? If you want someone to clean daily ; it is an additional cost of 20 € per hour.

7. Safety in the streets? you can walk at night? The neighborhood of Paris XVI, and Rue de Passy is one of the quietest streets, as it is a very popular shopping area. Also is one of the most chic neighborhoods in the city.

8. How do you transfer the keys to us? On the day of arrival, someone waits, shows you around and hands you the apartment keys with an inventory, You must sign and agree to its context.

9. The hot water? The gas heater is in perfect working order and it has a 24 hours service in case of problems

We stayed for a month at this apartment. It was great! The location was perfect - in a residential area close to everything you could need. The apartment was charming and clean, and actually larger than it looked in the photos. Rosario was an excellent host, very communicative and accommodating. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect Parisian Apartment

My family could not of dreamed of a better apartment for our trip to Paris! Cute neighborhood with shopping and restaurants. Five minute walk to train station and 10 minute walk to Eiffel Tower. I would recommend this apartment a million times over!

A fabulous hideaway in Paris

We had a really great stay; from reservations, to check in to check out and everything in between. The apartment is as advertised, was so cute and cozy, and perfect for our family. Not to mention it's in a pretty fabulous location. David was lovely and helpful. We'd stay there again.

Calm in the center of Paris

Perfect place to stay in Paris! Close to metro, lots of stores and food shops (great ones on nearby rue de l’Annonciation and good bakeries close by, also try Seraphine a few mins away, yum!) The apt is so quiet and relaxing. Wonderful place! Will be back!!!

Fantastic High End Flat

We were really pleased with this property! The photos don't do it justice. It's updated and comfortable with all the latest amenities. The location is only a couple of blocks from the Metro and in a nice neighborhood. We would definitely stay here again!

Beyond grateful and beyond beautiful

I want to thank the owner Rosario and her point of contact David for their help when I needed it and how accommodating they were. Additionally, Rosario and David answered our call/chat without delay. The home is beyond perfect. It is beautiful, well kept, and perfectly located. The comfort we felt was as though we were at home. I can’t wait to go back and I hope to be able to book through them again.

A beautiful apartment

This apartment was a perfect place for a Parisian adventure! It was clean and well-stocked with the basics. Rosario and David were easy to communicate with in multiple languages. The neighborhood offered easy access to the Eiffel Tower, lots of beautiful restaurants and lovely shopping. There's a grocery store directly across the street, and a wine shop down the block. If we're ever able to go back, we will definitely stay here again.

Phantastic Stay in the heart of Paris

We had a trip of a lifetime during the Olympics. We stayed at this wonderful place with two adults an two teenagers. Everything was perfect, from the first to the last day. The appartment is located a 5 mintes walk to the Metro and about 15 minutes to the Eiffel Tower. The Appartement was very clean and cozy. We liked the winter garden and small courtyard especially. The communication with the host was very easy, friendly and comfortable. As said above, a perfect stay in a wonderful appartement in the heart of Paris. Thank you, Merci !

Gorgeous property!

Booking and communication with the host was fast and easy. David greeted us when we arrived and was so helpful and responsive. Neighbors were very nice and friendly. I have 3 teenage girls that were with us and the home was comfortable and enough space for us all. The location was perfect to get to the Eiffel Tower by foot. Taxis were easily accessible from the area. So many options for grocery stores within walking distance. We used the kitchen a few times to make home made meals and everything was self explanatory and easy to use. Having a washer and dryer in the home was helpful and easy to use. Overall great experience from start to finish.

Idyllic Paris Apartment

This Passy apartment was in a perfect neighborhood with stores and restaurants within steps of the entrance! The style of the apartment was authentic to Parisian architecture and so beautiful. David was a gracious host and promptly replied anytime we had a question. We had 4 adult females in our party and the space accommodated us well. The single bathroom was large and had a convenient washer/dryer combo. It was so nice to have a full kitchen as well and even in the winter the breakfast nook was lovely! The pull out sofa was comfortable and fit my sister and I comfortably. This listing will be on my “go back to” list! Thank you!

Lovely apartment in great neighborhood

My husband and I, his brother and cousin stayed at this lovely apartment during our visit to Paris. We were met at the apartment by David who was very friendly and helpful. The apartment was charming. We had everything we needed for our visit. One thing to note is that although the listing states the apartment has 3 bedrooms, one of the bedrooms is actually the living room with a sofa bed. There are doors to close off the living room so it was not a major issue for us. The neighborhood is fantastic. We highly recommend visiting Rue de L'Annonciation for amazing gourmet delights to bring back to the apartment for a snack.

Perfect place.

We stayed at this property on a family trip during the summer. Location has great accessibility to nearby metro, restaurants, grocery stores, and bakeries. It’s a first floor apartment. Easy accessibility from the street. Plenty of space for a family of four, and probably up to six. All of the commodities of a house, full kitchen, washer and dryer, living room. Wi-Fi and TV. Hostess was easily accessible through messaging. Check-in was no problem. There was a person waiting for us with the keys and with instructions about the property. Neighborhood was quiet. Will stay here again.

Passy Stay

Mr. David is a wonderful host! Communication with him was easy and he met us when we arrived. The secure apartment entrance opens to a courtyard with a second secure building entrance. The apartment is as described and it was spacious and perfect for the three of us. The small garden area is a bonus in this ground floor apartment and it is a nice retreat from the hustle bustle of busy Paris days. I love the Passy neighborhood which seems very local. There is a wonderful restaurant tucked away directly across the street and an incredible bakery several blocks down. Grocery stores and lovely boutique shops are also steps away. Uber served our transportation needs and was preferred over the metro which is only a few blocks away. The kitchen was well supplied for dining in, the beds were comfortable and the overall cleanliness was very good. I would highly recommend the cozy Parisian apartment!

Most Lovely Apartment in the Heart of Passy

This is lovely apartment and is quite a gem in the heart of Passy which is just a wonderful place to stay in the 16th! It is extremely close to everything you need...grocery stores, wine/cheese stores, bakeries and great little restaurants, specialty shops and THE best grocery store ever (La Grande Epicerie). We spent the holiday here and found everything we needed. The apartment is a true 2 bedroom ( w/ option of 3rd w/sofa living room, I believe) but we only used the bedrooms and were very comfortable. The apartment is light and bright and amazingly quiet for being located right in town, super convenient entrance off the main street but then the actual apt. building sits back and it is so quiet. The apartment was very clean and had all the amenities that were listed and what you need for a pleasant stay. Great cooking-in kitchen with this really neat glass room/veranda off the kitchen overlooking a garden and a beautiful green space even in the winter :)!We absolutely enjoyed our stay and loved being in Passy. We walked and took ubers, super easy and other transport options are close by as well. Hosts were very kind and left starter groceries including baguette and wine! Greatly Appreciated. Would love to stay here again :) Merci beaucoup!

Comme vivre à Paris!

Nous avons logé dans cet appartement très sympa, parfaitement équipé et situé au coeur du 16e arrondissement pendant un mois entier. Une place de stationnement pour la voiture est possible (à payer séparément) à deux pas de l'appartement dans un parking avec garde (il faut faire attention aux heures d'ouverture seulement et se renseigner à l'avance !).Le quartier avec ses boulangeries, son choix de restaurants, ses boutiques, les possibilités de faire ses commissions journalières pour préparer chez soi le petit-déjeuner ou également un dîner est simplement magnifique. On se sentait un peu comme de vrais Parisiens ! Nous y reviendrons avec très grand plaisir.

Un séjour au top !

Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans l'appartement de Rosario. Au centre de la vie animée des commerces de shopping et des commerces de bouche de la célèbre rue de Passy, mais protégés du bruit car l'appartement est sur cour. Tous les avantages sans les inconvénients ! L'appartement est aussi beau que sur les photos, avec de hauts plafonds et un cachet très parisien. La pièce de vie est cosy, la cuisine ouverte très bien équipée, la salle de bains très surprenante avec sa douche immense, la chambre lumineuse avec sa grande porte fenêtre, le lit était extra (un lit de 160, toujours appréciable), un salon reposant avec un piano, et une 2ème chambre avec un petit coin bureau. Mention spéciale à la véranda qui ouvre sur un petit jardin arboré et fleuri. Quel plaisir de prendre son petit déjeuner en profitant du soleil de la matinée ! Nous avons pris les lieux dans un état de propreté impeccable, avec un accueil chaleureux de David (qui nous avait même acheté une baguette de pain toute fraîche). Et pour moi qui suis pmr, le RDC était bienvenu. Un parking public souterrain près de l'appartement (attention, il est payant). Calme absolu et confort haut de gamme... Parfait !!!

Warm and Cozy

Adorable cozy and beautiful! Home fully stocked with a variety of appliances, towels, and condiments in case you forgot something. Located in a lovely neighborhood. Market across the street with plenty of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Also the Eiffel Tower and Metro in walking distance. David the contact person was a gem and the guardian was a delight. We would have given it a 5 star rating but unfortunately there was a huge error in the ad. The ad said 2 bathrooms but there is only 1. (Ad has been corrected) 1 bathroom for 4 women was a lot but we managed. The ad also has a tub but the tub has been replaced with a walk-in shower. Finally the tv did not work so a technician had to come in during our stay to repair. The owner offered to refund money 100% but we would have to leave the next morning. That was unfair to us and unacceptable customer service knowing we had no where else to go in a foreign country. A discount should have been offered for their errors and our inconveniences. In any event if you don't need 2 bathrooms and are ok with a shower this is the perfect spot for you.
