I was born in France, raised in the US, and have worked in international development and relief projects in Central America, Mexico, and Turkey as well as projects in Bosnia and Kosovo. The apt is a authentic Classical Old Town apt with all the charm you expect to find in visiting Europe . located by the historic Palace Lascaris one of the most beautiful landmarks in the Old Town . Currently it is a not to be missed museum of music.

The best beaches in Nice can be found a short 5 minute walk to the end of the street .You will find Castel beach with its restaurant ; beach chairs and umbrellas for rent as well as the Free public beach ; Castle ( Chateau) hilltop park with great views of the sea ; city and port is just above the beach .
To make your day at the beach a perfect experience large beach towels, mats and even chairs can be found in the apt for your use .
The tramway is located a 2 minute walk from the apt . You can take the direct line # 2 to the airport in 20 minutes for 1.50E fare. Buses to Cannes , Antibes and Monaco for 1.50E . fare.
3 min walk from apt is located the new Beautiful Park Paillon with games and water shoots for children to run thru and cool off: The park runs all the way down to the Promenade and the sea. Great for spending a peaceful afternoon .
Back at the apt you can relax with the large flat screen TV stations , NETFLIX .,FIBRE WiFi . Comfortable beds end a perfect day!
