Happy Days, Beautiful Central Juan Les Pins Apartment, close to beach and shops

This beautiful holiday apartment is located 200 metres from the beach and just a few minutes walk from the best restaurant and shopping streets in Juan Les Pins. Having been completely renovated in 2013, it features a fully equipped modern kitchen in addition to all new furnishings , wifi, and a flat-screen TV and DVD player with an enormous video library. Located on the top floor of a quaint 3-storey 1930's building, (no elevator, so please bear in mind if you have a problem with stairs! ) the apartment's high ceilings and southern exposure provide for a bright and airy feeling throughout the unit. The apartment's design includes an open-concept floor plan with a 5-person dining area which is adjacent to a comfortable and spacious lounge. The kitchen is outfitted with everything you will need during your stay including a dishwasher , washing machine/tumble dryer, fridge/freezer, oven, hob, kettle, toaster , blender, toasted sandwich maker, and all the required crockery. There are 2 bedrooms facing south; a double bed with TV in one room and a single bunk over full bed in the other. We have recently installed air conditioning, and there are ceiling fans in every room.
There is a lovely shady children's playground within a beautiful public garden just 100m away and the supermarkets are equidistant at about 200m. Just minutes from the apartment, and right beside the public beaches is an endless array of restaurants where you can dine on the delicious French cuisine while simultaneously massaging your feet in the soft and beautiful sand or stroll through the nightly artisanal markets. Hiring a car is not a necessity during your stay as the bus stop is 100 metres away while the train station is less than a 5 minute walk. Either of these options will take you practically anywhere you may want to go.

Wonderful home

I stayed here over the winter and it's an absolutly fabulous apartment. Jane is always on hand if needed ( not that we did) and we look forward to staying in the apartment again.

Fabulous

Stayed here for two weeks! Is in a great location, close to the beach, train station and the centre of Juan les Pins. Also with a supermarket just around the corner and was given a safe place to store my bicycle. The apartment was clean and very spacious and very well furnished with everything we needed. Great place, would stay again and would defiantly recommend !!

A lovely apartment! It is very well equipped, it is clean and you have walking distance to everything you need. The owner is very nice and helpful, she is always at your service. I recommend this apartment to anyone who wants a perfect place to stay in Juan Les Pins. We loved it!

Perfect vacation rental!

Super nice, clean and modern apartment, perfect for your family vacation!close to great little French bakeries and cafés, supermarkets and dining. Short walk from the beach. We spend a great week here and loved every minute of it. The apartment is modern and has everything you need, including fast internet;) the owner is friendly and very helpful as well.

Excellent apartment, great location.

We spent almost a week in Juan Les Pins with our 12y. old son. The apartment is really nice, just renovated. A short walk from the beach from all the amenities. There are small supermarkets and an organic food store just around the corner. Very close to everything (buses, train station, restaurants). The apartment was clean, nicely furnished and well equipped. Very bright and comfortable. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The only drawback was the absence of elevator, but for us this was not a problem at all. We would definitely go back there again!

Cannot wait to come back!

We loved our holiday in Juan Les Pins and the apartment was beautiful and very comfortable and best of all close to everything including the beach. The nearby restaurants are outstanding, we particularly loved the ones on the beach. We traveled with another couple and they equally loved it and I don't think you can find a better value than this in the South of France. The owner is lovely and was very helpful with our questions and even helped us out with some french when we needed it. Highly recommend.

Cannot wait to come back!

We absolutely loved our holiday in Juan Les Pins and the apartment was beautiful and very comfortable, and best of all, so close to everything including the beach. There are heaps of wonderful restaurants all around and we particularly enjoyed those on the beach. The apartment was spacious and included everything we needed for our stay. The owner was lovely, answered all our questions and even took the time to help us with some French. If you are fortunate enough to come to the Riviera on holiday I highly recommend this apartment.

Ma famille et moi vivons tout prĂšs de l'appartement, afin que nous puissions ĂȘtre lĂ  au cas oĂč vous avez besoin de notre aide pour quoi que ce soit pendant votre sĂ©jour. Nous sommes trĂšs heureux de rendre votre sĂ©jour aussi agrĂ©able et mĂ©morable que possible.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Nous avons achetĂ© cette propriĂ©tĂ© en 2012, et avons depuis eu beaucoup de plaisir (et le travail acharnĂ©!) RĂ©novant, la transition dans une maison moderne, mais le maintien des touches de l'artisanat des annĂ©es 1930 d'origine. Nous avons fait cela dans une maison que nous aimerions rester, sans l'encombrement de la vie quotidienne! Nous sommes tombĂ©s en amour avec les hauts plafonds, les fenĂȘtres et le joli petit bĂątiment. Lorsque nous avons dĂ©couvert le nom de l'immeuble (Happy Days), nous savions que c'Ă©tait tout simplement parfait pour nous. Nos voisins de l'immeuble sont tous trĂšs sympathiques, quel bonus! Et bien sĂ»r, l'emplacement, un lieu de vacances parfait pour l'Ă©tĂ©!
