Un appartement moderne de 2 chambres qui offre une base très confortable et relaxante pour explorer la Côte d'Azur. L'appartement a été décoré avec goût partout.

Situé dans une résidence fermée et situé au rez-de-chaussée surélevé (8 marches), l'appartement dispose de 2 balcons. Le balcon orienté au sud, accessible par des portes coulissantes depuis le salon, donne directement sur le magnifique Parc Exflora avec vue sur la mer en arrière-plan. Table et chaises sont fournies sur le balcon afin que vous puissiez profiter au maximum de la vue tout en vous divertissant.

L'appartement peut accueillir confortablement 4 adultes et 1 enfant avec une chambre principale (lit king size), une chambre lits jumeaux (2 lits simples), un salon en cuir (se transforme en un lit double pleine grandeur).

Great Holiday

We had a gorgeous holiday in Antibes. The apartment was really comfortable and in a great location by the beach. Bash was very helpful and made sure we had all the information needed. Parking was really convenient and good shops nearby. We would highly recommend this lovely apartment for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

Fab apartment close to the beach

This was our second visit to the apartment and it’s a great choice for staying near Juan Les Pins and Golfe Juan. The apartment is well equipped and clean. It’s just a short walk to a lovely sandy beach. Transport from the airport is easy with a bus stop just outside the apartment. Buses and trains in the area are great, making this a great base to explore Cannes, Antibes, NiceMonaco.

Lovely place at one of the best beaches

When we first got to the apartment we knew that it will be modern and ultra clean:) After a week spent in Juan les pins, we can't wait to come back! It is so close to Cannes and Antibes, 40 minutes to Monte Carlo and 1 hr and 20 minutes to St Tropez. For seafood lovers, we strongly recommend astoux et brun in Cannes, especially the annex and la festival de la mer in Juan les pin. The store in the complex has phenomenal charcuterie, cheese and fish! The market in Antibes is a must! The garoupe and salis beaches in Antibes are beautiful! A drive along cap d'antibes is unforgettable! The cliffs and rock formations in Theoule are striking. We are definitely coming back and will recommend it to all our friends!

Family of 5 visits Juan Les Pins/Golfe Juan

We had a great week at the flat here, it was very comfortable for 5 of us. We enjoyed eating out on the balcony overlooking the park, as well as the short walk to the beach. We spent most days at the beach, but did take a day trip to AquaSplash and another to Antibes. We managed marvelously with the bus during the week, happy to save that extra money by not renting a car. The flat is so well-situated with great public transport links, and it is nice to walk to both Golfe Juan (nice yacts in the harbor there!) and Juan Les Pins. We also appreciated how close and convenient it was to the supermarket. We cooked in most nights (much easier & cheaper this way as we have 3 kids), and would just pop in on the way back from the beach to pick something up. Really convenient. Thanks for a great week!

Everything Bash promised became reality and was exactly as described. He must be an incredibly well-organised man. The keys were handed over at exactly the spot he mentioned in his ''guidebook'' bij a lovely (stand-in) lady from Sri Lanka. She supplied all the information we needed and kept smiling. Never had any problems, but we never tried theTV or audio equipment. The security deposit was promptly returned and arrived after 3 days. Do try this apartment, even in the beginning of november the sun was shining. Thanks Bash..

My family and I enjoyed 10 days on the Côte d'Azur. Owner Bash Singh's apartment is a great base for exploring the area. Our car was parked exclusively in the underground parking garage (private parking space!) during our stay. We visited Antibes, Cannes, Nice, and Monaco by public transport. The Les Eucalyptus bus stop is right in front of the apartment complex. Ideal! From the moment we booked, contact with Bash Singh was excellent. He responded immediately to all my questions. Anoja, the on-site contact person, was also very flexible. On the day of arrival, we arrived a few hours earlier than the agreed-upon time. This was no problem at all. The apartment is excellent and fully equipped. Self-catering is easy. If you don't want to, there are plenty of restaurants nearby or in Antibes. The bakery is across the street, and the Super U supermarket is a 5-minute walk away. McDonald's is also across the street. The complex has a beautiful swimming pool, and the beach is a 10-minute walk away. Thank you, Bash, for allowing us to stay at this beautiful place.

Super apartment

Great apartment with plenty of amenities near by. Shops, restaurants and launderette are so handy. Lots to do and see in the region which is facilitated by the proximity of bus / train services.The swimming pool was thoroughly enjoyed by the children. Highly recommend!

Appartement bien placé et résidence agréable. Le logement est bien fonctionnel. L’arrivée dans l’appartement n’a vraiment pas été pratique parcontre .. il y a quelque chose à revoir là dessus. Mais sinon dans l’ensemble tout c’est bien passé.

Très bon séjour en famille

Appartement simple et qui mériterait un petit rafraîchissement mais il est climatisé et on y trouve tout ce dont on peut avoir besoin (même des transats, un parasol, des jouets de plage...) et surtout, il possède une place de parking souterrain (indispensable car impossible de se garer dans le quartier !) et surtout il est idéalement situé ! Piscine dans la résidence, vue et accès au parc Exflora, plage tout près à pieds, promenade au port et restaurants à pieds également, dans la rue un Super U juste à côté à pieds, une boulangerie, une pharmacie, un labo pour test PCR si besoin, une épicerie, et les excellentes pizza à emporter 'chez Ditta'. Le bus passe juste devant la résidence pour aller au centre ville d'Antibes, et Marineland à 10 min en voiture. Le propriétaire n'est pas présent mais très sympathique et disponible, répond rapidement à toutes les questions. Sur place nous avons été très bien reçus également. En conclusion je recommande cette location.

Appartement très agréable où rien ne manque.(supermarché, boulangerie, blanchisserie, resto au pied de l'immeuble) La vue du balcon sur le parc Exaflora et la proximité de la plage sont un plus ! Situé dans une résidence calme et proche des zones très animées. La région est vraiment superbe ! Beaucoup de choses à faire et à découvrir... Nous le recommandons

Bel appartement, bien situé / well Apart.

It is a nice place near to Golf Juan (20 min to Nice Airport). Contact & explanation given by Bash were perfect to ease our arrival. We were welcome by Druvir. Apart. is very quiet in April, beds are comfortable. Apart. is well oriented, view on Park Exflora and on the swimming pool. Beach is located at 300 m only. Car park is really pratical. We enjoy our journey and we recommend this location. Rgds C'est un bel appartement, bien situé à côté de Golf Juan (aéroport de nice à 20 min). le contact et explications données par Bash étaient vraiment compètes , pour simplifier notre arrivée. Super accueil de Druvir à l'arrivée. l'appartement est très calme en Avril, les lits sont très comfortables. L'apart. est bien orienté, vue sur le parc Exflora d'un côté et sur la piscine de l'autre. Petite plage à 300m. Parking en sous sol très pratique. Nous recommendons cette location. Beau séjour. Merci.

Schöne Wohnung - leider vor 20 Jahren!

Die Wohnung ist leider sehr in die Jahre gekommen! Die Möbel sind ca. 20-25 Jahre alt. Er ist zwar alles da gewesen, aber schon sehr sehr veraltet.

Great for a toddler

The apartment was a good base for our holiday - we didn’t have a car but everything you need is walking distance and the bus to Antibes is just outside. The swimming pool was great, our toddler loved the shallow end, there’s a fantastic playground opposite and the beach is so close. There’s a supermarket and some cafes and restaurants in the complex and loads of places to eat a short walk away in Golfe Juan and Juan les Pins. The apartment itself is quiet and well equipped with air con in the bedrooms. It’s small but provided everything we needed. Thank you!

Lovely apartment in a great location

We had a lovely family holiday at this apartment. Comfortable, clean accommodation. Small but well equipped including some extras like sun loungers and a parasol to take to the pool. Lovely view over the park towards the sea. Complex is quiet and secure. There’s a supermarket nearby and a couple of restaurants. It’s just a short walk to a lovely sandy beach. We used public transport to get around. You can walk to Golfe Juan train station in about 20 mins for trains to Monaco, Nice, Cannes and other towns along the coast. The bus stop outside the apartment is also handy for transport to Antibes, Nice, Cannes and the airport. Great home base for exploring the area. Would recommend this apartment for a chilled family holiday.

ein paar Stichpunkte

Bushaltestelle vor der Tür ist sehr gut und erforderlich, wenn man ohne Auto dort ist, Strand ist schnell zu erreichen, sehr guter Supermarkt in der Wohnanlage, Gesamtanlage ist nicht sehr ansprechend, Ausblick vom Balkon sehr schön, es gibt trotz des Satellitenempfangs keine deutschen Fernsehprogramme - ein Hinweis darauf wäre erforderlich, !

Great location

We have a lovely week in the apartment which was in a great location - walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. We also could walk to the Golfe-Juan train station and got the train to Cannes and Monaco. The children liked the local beach and we all liked the choice of restaurants in the local marina.

Flott sted. Stille og rolig bassengområdet som var veldig stort og bra. Fin strand like ved og bra matbutikk. Fint sted med bil. Veldig hyggelig vert som møtte oss når vi kom. Det var noen perioder på dagtid hvor det bråket mye i leiligheten. En slags motor virket det som. Ellers fint utgangspunkt for p reise rundt.

Great location and nice amenities

If only the weather has been as hospitable as our host Bash. Location is great, easy walk to town and very short walk to a sandy and empty beach. Pool was very nice too (two chairs provided to bring with you) Anoja, who met us was very friendly and helpful. The only suggestion to future guests is to choose your rental car wisely. Hertz stuck us with a huge Peugeot because it was the only one they had with automatic transmission. Parking in the garage was very challenging (welcome to driving in France!) so get the smallest car possible. That was my intention but Hertz is to blame. That said, having parking was a great amenity. Would definitely stay again.

Nice apartment - great location

We had a very nice 1 week stay in the apartment in mid May. The apartment suited our needs perfectly - we have 2 kids so the pool and beaches nearby were great. The apartment is well suited for a family of 4 persons, the residence and surrounding park is very quiet and nice. There is scooters, balls and other outdoor playing equipment available for the kids in the apartment.
