Carini is located around 25 Km from Palermo, near the northern coast of the island, on a hill at 162 meters above sea level.  The medieval town is dominated by an ancient fortress, the Castle, which has undergone numerous transformations over the centuries.
In addition to its architectural beauties, Carini has many other wonderful features.  From the hill it is possible to view the land all the way to the sea and thus enjoy breathtaking landscapes that range from the greenery of the mountains to the blue of the sea.
The best known hamlet is Villagrazia which has numerous bathing facilities, stores and excellent restaurants.

We should also mention the Bioparco di Sicilia: an area of around 60,000 sq. meters immersed in greenery that contains a splendid botanical garden.
There are many seaside resorts situated along the stretch of coastline in front of Carini, from Pozzillo to the coast of the Isola delle Femmine, all bathed by the sea with its extremely clear and stunning emerald green waters.

The villa covers an area of 9,000 square meters and has a 5,000 square meter terraced garden, the upper level of which contains the 17 x 9 meter swimming pool.  The outside of the villa is surrounded by terracing featuring numerous flowerbeds filled with plants as well as typical Sicilian furnishings (majolica, ancient amphorae, earthenware jars, ceramics and sculptures).  Annexed to the swimming pool is 1 bathroom, 3 outdoor showers, a mini-bar, table, deckchair, beach umbrellas and outdoor living areas.
The panorama is truly breathtaking and it is possible to admire the gulf and make out the islands of Ustica and Isola delle Femmine in the distance.

GROUND FLOOR:

6 double bedrooms, 3 of which have a bathroom in the bedroom, as well as another two external bathrooms.
The indoor kitchen is complete with dishwasher, oven, microwave, blender, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, refrigerator, fruit squeezer, toaster.
The dining room, with sea view, has a bar corner, fireplace and lounge area.
The main living room, defined as hexagonal, offers a splendid view of the sea.  It is furnished and includes satellite TV, Netflix subscription, DVD player, iPod player.

The whole structure, featuring modern Sicilian furnishings, has air conditioning and all the necessary mod cons for guaranteeing a truly relaxing stay.

The outdoor portion includes a dining area adjacent to the living room with a table of Sicilian marble (seats 14), a kitchen with barbecue and built-in oven, toilet facilities adjacent to the kitchen, two showers and various lounge areas.
