Enjoy our charming and comfortable 1-bedroom apartment with 1 bathroom. Our guests will find a fully equipped kitchen, a flat-screen TV, and free WiFi services.
This accommodation has been designed to provide every comfort for a home away from home experience. In addition, our cleaning is upon request for more extended stays with fresh towels and linen. Sofa beds are also available and are perfect for family or business guests.
This modern serviced apartment is located just a few minutes’ walks from the multi-story car park.
The apartments have been fitted with self-check-in facilities to ensure you can enjoy your stay in the city without worrying about having to contact anyone for any reason.
Stay in a peaceful and relaxing apartment that is close to all of Southampton’s Top-rated attractions including Pickwell Farm, Alpine Snowsports Southampton, YMCA Fairthorne Manor, Play Shack Hedge End, St James Park, and The Joiners. The accommodation is fully equipped with everything you need during your stay.
Other things to note
Access is by an internal lift; however, there are an approx. Six steps once inside the building – be aware of any mobility issues.
House Manual is provided in the apartment with details of local attractions and amenities, WiFi code, how to use the shower, etc.
EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT
Subject to availability and extra cost, check in can be brought forward to 2:00 PM and check-out extended to 12:00 PM. If this is requested, please advise us as soon as possible so that we have time to reschedule housekeeping. Payment in advance will be required via bank transfer or credit/debit card.
IMPORTANT
Our properties are protected by TRUVI, the digital trust platform that enables hosts, operators and guests to confidently transact in the short-term rentals space. Please note that once you have booked, you will be contacted by Truvi directly to verify yourself. Please make sure this is completed prior to check-in.
Use the keypad at the main front door to gain access to the lobby (use the main door code). Use the lift to the first floor. There is a key box beside the front door of Apartment 10 containing the front door key (key code provided).
Once you have the key and opened the front door, please close the box, scramble the numbers and close the flap. Please keep hold of the key for the duration of your stay. At the end of your stay, put the keys back in the key safe box.

I am a family man, bringing up 3 children with my wife. We both live and work in Buckinghamshire. My first job was a trainee accountant and to this day, I still work as a professional accountant. My wife is a nurse. Throughout both of our careers, we have worked with many different people, from seniors to juniors and others from outside our specialities. For our private holiday breaks and for work, we have travelled extensively throughout the world and we have stayed in many different types of accommodation and have experienced many different levels of service and hospitality. Our aim is to consolidate all of our professional skills, our people friendly skills together with a great understanding of hospitality and customer service to ensure you have a pleasant stay.
