This newly refurbished one bedroom apartment in Eastleigh is perfect for couples or single travellers looking for a comfortable stay in the heart of the town. The property has been finished to a high standard and comes with modern furnishings and appliances and incudes a fully fitted kitchen, modern bathroom, smart Tv and wifi throughout. Right in the town centre, everything you need is in walking distance, but the train station is also just across the road.
The Space:
Comfortable and cosy, this newly refurbished apartment has everything a couple or single traveller could need for a pleasant stay in Eastleigh. The double bedroom has a large window letting in plenty of light, a comfortable bed, made up with fresh hotel linen, and a wardrobe for your clothes and belongings. The open plan living space comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, dining table and a sofa and TV. There is high speed broadband throughout the apartment. The contemporary bathroom features a shower with a bath, toilet and sink as well as complimentary toiletries and fluffy towels for your use. Set right in the heart of town, you have an array of shops, bars, restaurants and attractions right on your doorstep.
Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the entire apartment.
The Neighborhood:
Set in the centre of town, you couldn't be in a better location to make the most of Eastleigh and the surrounding areas. Less than 2 minutes walk away is The Swan Shopping Centre, with a huge choice of shops, restaurants and bars, as well as a cinema and bowling alley. Lakeside Country Park and Eastleigh football club are around a 25 minute walk away. Nearby Southampton is also easilly accessible by taking a short train journey from the station across the road.
Getting Around:
The town is easilly explored on foot, and most of the main streets and shopping areas are on your doorstep. Eastleigh Train Station is just across the road, giving easy access in to Southampton, as well as links to other towns and cities. There are also a number of local bus services for shorter journeys. Southampton Airport is just a 5 minute drive or taxi ride away.

Please confirm your check-in time at least 24 hours in advance, to give us enough notice to make necessary arrangements.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of £10/hr will be applicable.
Late check-in fees:
For check-ins between 22:00 to 00:00, there is £50 charge.
For check-ins between 00:00 to 07:00, there is £75 charge.
For security reasons:
We may ask you to upload a photo of yourself on your profile if you do not have one.
