We are Roddy and Jihea, both British nationals, and we have been running our small guest house in Southampton for over 10 years. The historic city of Winchester and the seaside town of Bournemouth are also easy day trips.

Our location is one of our biggest strengths: we’re tucked away on a quiet residential street with free on-site parking, yet only a 15-minute walk from Southampton city centre, Westquay shopping, and the cruise and ferry terminals. St Mary’s Stadium, the Mayflower Theatre, and Ocean Village Marina are also nearby, making us an ideal base for concerts, shopping, and pre-cruise stays.
