located in Amalfi Coast, The Rosa residence is situated only a few steps from the centre of Massalubrense, the last town on the Sorrentine peninsula.
The estate immersed in luxurious vegetation of olives, flowers and bowers, give you shade in the heat of the summer.
The park and the woods measures about 6000 sqm.
The shady winding path that goes from the villa to the best view point of the property leads to a splendid swimming pool, surrounded by flowers and facing the Island of Capri on the horizon.
The park, lovingly looked after all the year round, has many wide glades furnished with rest areas, wooden gazebos, sofas and armchairs.
Guests also have the use of a large barbecue, hand decorated in the characteristic ‘riggiole’.
The terrace garden with its breathtaking view of the sea also contains a fully equipped fitness area.
In addition to the large swimming pool there is also a Jacuzzi pool for 6 – 8 people.

3rd Family Suite
Includes a double bedroom, a twin bedroom (two single beds), and a shared bathroom. A cozy and functional setup for families or small groups.
4th Suite
An intimate retreat with a double bedroom on a mezzanine, private bathroom, and a cozy living area. Ideal for couples or solo travelers looking for style and privacy.

Our latest addition — a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a private front garden. A quiet, modern escape just steps from the heart of it all.
Terrace of 40 sqm with the same view overlooking Capri and complete with elegant garden furniture; a spiral staircase leads to a solarium equipped with a shower and sun beds.
From the main block a shady path leads to the swimming pool surrounded by olive trees and flowers.
This area of the park has a wonderful view and features a porch built out of tuff stone and decorated in ancient Vietrese tiles covering a wooden oven and a barbecue area and an eating area with tables and chairs.
Behind the swimming pool there is a large dining area, elegantly furnished with a mix of the ancient and the modern and designed for lunch or other meals.
The villa comfortably accommodates 12 guests in its standard configuration. Up to 4 additional beds can be prepared upon request for a total capacity of 16 guests, subject to a supplemental fee.
All the suites have autonomous heating and air-conditioning.
There is vehicle access to the villa and a parking area inside the grounds. However the road is narrow and vehicle width must not be over 170cm (small utility cars).
Inside the grounds there is ample parking space but guests have the use of a shuttle service to accompany them to the centre of Massalubrense, which, however, is within easy walking distance (10 minute walk).
SECURITY DEPOSIT: Euros 2.000 in cash + 1500 with credit card.
Including: all consumptions including final cleaning, daily morning cleaning excluded Sundays (from 9:00 am to 3:00 pm),
mid-week change of bed linens, bath and pool towels, wi-fi internet connection, transfer service (arrival and departure between 8:00 am and 4:00 pm), on Sundays from 8:00am to 12:00pm, daily pool and garden maintenance, porter service (between 07am and 08pm).
Check-in after 8pm: concierge + porter service euros 150.
Extra suite: euros 350 per bed a night.
Transfer service is available each hour from the villa to Massalubrense up until 4:00 pm.
For over 12 people, every additional bed is on request with an extra charge (up to 16 guests).
