Villa Il Noce with Private Pool, SPA, Garden, BBQ and Parking

VILLA IL NOCE is a wonderful three-floor villa for 13 people. Villa Il Noce is around 350 square meters in size and includes a private swimming pool, a private SPA area, private terraces and garden, parking, air conditioning, heating, and Wi-Fi internet access.

Note: For larger groups, Villa Il Noce can be booked alongside Villa Il Pino for a maximum of 22 people. SPA ROOM AVAILABLE ON REQUEST AT EXTRA COST OF 185,00 EURO PER DAY.


This beautiful villa is less than 450 metres from the centre of Sant’Agata Sui Due Golfi. As a result, in just a few minutes by foot you can reach restaurants, bars, shops, the supermarket, and public transport.

Sant’Agata Sui Due Golfi is a small community which rises up a hill between the gulfs of Naples and Salerno. On one side there is the Gulf of Naples and Vesuvius, on the other there is the Gulf of Salerno with the islands of Galli and the Amalfi Coast. Close by between them is the beautiful island of Capri. Locally you can visit the Monastero del Deserto, a place which has charmed travelers such as Stendhal and Goethe, and the Church of Santa Maria delle Grazie, which preserves a precious altar inlaid with marble and mother-of-pearl.

Of all the rich treasures of Sant’Agata Sui Due Golfi, one of them is surely the gastronomy. Amongst the most well-known restaurants are the multi-starred restaurants of “Don Alfonso” and “Lo Stuzzichino”. A tour around the cheese dairies and surrounding farms means you can return home loaded with tasty souvenirs.

Villa Il Noce has comfortable furnishings to make you feel at home. The strongest points of the villa are without a doubt the outdoor spaces: a private enclosed garden, perfect for children to play games in complete peace, an outdoor terrace with barbecue, grill, and pizza oven, and a private swimming pool.

The villa is ideal for families and groups of friends who want to spend their holidays together.

THE GARDEN is shaded by various trees, illuminated at night, and furnished with a number of benches where you can read a good book in comfort.

THE SWIMMING POOL is 12x8 meters, and 1.2 m to 1.8 m in depth. The pool area is equipped with two sun umbrellas, eleven sunbeds, two sun loungers, and an outdoor shower. The swimming pool is available from May until the end of October.

THE FIRST TERRACE is furnished with sun umbrellas, benches, sofas, a dining table for 13 people, a barbecue, grill, and pizza oven.

THE ROOF TERRACE is furnished with sun loungers. From the terrace you will admire a nice view of the sea and the Island of Capri, in a distance.

GROUND FLOOR

THE SPA ROOM is equipped with a superb sauna, a 2x2.5 meters Jacuzzi, a pool table, a mini gym and a shower. You will reach the SPA area from the living room.

THE LIVING ROOM, large and bright, is tastefully decorated. Here you will find sofas, armchairs, a television, and a DVD player and a lunch table for eight people. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating.

THE KITCHEN is fitted with a four-burner gas stove, an electric oven, a fridge-freezer, microwave oven, toaster, an Americano coffee machine, moka pot, dishwasher, electric kettle, and a dining table for four people. From the kitchen, you will have access via the French windows to the terrace with barbecue.

THE GUEST BATHROOM is fitted with a sink and toilet and is accessed from the corridor.

THE FIRST BEDROOM contains a double bed and is fitted with air conditioning and heating. From this bedroom, you will have access to the first terrace via the French windows.

THE SECOND BATHROOM (adjacent to the FIRST BEDROOM) is fitted with a sink, bidet, toilet, shower, and hairdryer. You will reach the bathroom from the hallway.

FIRST FLOOR

THE SECOND BEDROOM WITH ENSUITE BATHROOM contains a double bed and a single sofa bed. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating and is accessed from the corridor. The bathroom is fitted with a sink, bidet, toilet, shower, a tub and hairdryer. From this bedroom, you will have access a nice balcony with the view of the garden and the pool via the French windows.

THE THIRD BEDROOM WITH ENSUITE BATHROOM contains a double bed. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating and is accessed from the corridor. The bathroom is fitted with a sink, bidet, toilet, a hydro massage tub, and hairdryer. From this bedroom, you will have access a nice balcony with the view of the garden and the pool via the French windows.

THE FOURTH BEDROOM WITH ENSUITE BATHROOM contains a double bed. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating and is accessed from the corridor. The bathroom is fitted with a sink, bidet, toilet, shower, and hairdryer. From this bedroom, you will have access a terrace via the French windows.

THE FIFTH BEDROOM WITH ENSUITE BATHROOM contains a double bed. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating and is accessed from the corridor. The bathroom is fitted with a sink, bidet, toilet, shower, and hairdryer.

THE SIXTH BEDROOM WITH ENSUITE BATHROOM contains a double bed. The room is fitted with air conditioning and heating and is accessed from the corridor. The bathroom is fitted with a sink, bidet, toilet, shower, and hairdryer.


Important things to know
- Tourist Tax: 2,00 Euros per person per day for the first 5 nights, from 1st April until 31st October. Children under the age of 18 are exempt from this tax.
- For arrivals after 20:00 an additional cost, to be paid at the arrival, of 60,00 Euros will be applied.
- Damage deposit: 500,00 Euros. The damage deposit will be returned prior to your departure unless there are accidental damages to the property.
- SPA ROOM (superb sauna, a 2x2.5 meters Jacuzzi, a pool table, a mini gym) on request 185,00 Euros per day.
