Located in Amalfi Coast, the wonderful panoramic position of Ravello is one of the main attractions of the famous and renowned city.

This spectacular landscape serves as an impressive frame for the magnificent Villa Lo Sguardo sul Mare.

In fact the villa lies among the surrounding hills and dominates the valley welcoming Minori town.

You can reach the villa by car from the main road; its main gate gives access to the Villa.

Lo Sguardo Sul Mare – Amalfi Coast Rental Villas Description:
From the gate you take a short route that slopes downwards leading directly to the Villa entrance.

Villa Lo Sguardo sul Mare consists of several outdoor parking places and also a garage.

The villa rises on a surface of 10.000 square meters and has several outdoor spaces distributed in terraces, terrace garden, an external games area for children and also a swimming pool with an annexed solarium space.

On the lower terrace of the property is located the swimming pool (18 meters x 6 meters x 270 meters of depth) provided with a solarium area; in addition external shower and service bathroom.

The wonderfully equipped patio (about 25 square meters), is complemented by a terrace (about 16 square meters) directly overlooking the pool.

The entrance of the villa is distributed on two levels + a dependance.

The ground floor of the villa opens itself on to a large living room with an annexed dining room, furnished with fireplace and three comfortable sofas.

The upper floor of Villa Lo Sguardo sul Mare hosts the sleeping area.

It has 4 double bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (2 with shower and 1 with bathtub).

Three bedrooms are provided with balconies opening on to the wonderful and very panoramic terrace of about 50 sqm.

From where one is able to look out at the wondrous almost magical fusion between the colours of the azure sky and the blue sea.

The upper floor of the Villa leads to a bright annex that is accessible both from the first floor of the villa and also from an independent and external access.

A small equipped terrace leads to the annex composed of 1 double bedroom illuminated by a large panoramic window, and 1 shower bathroom en suite.

Each room is provided with an air conditioning system.
