The property is a second floor 2 bed duplex apartment. Situated on the seafront with amazing views across the ocean. Located just meters from the Blue Flag Beach of Westward Ho! with a short stroll to restaurants, bars, cafes, pubs and shops. Go karts, crazy golf and amusements are all within walking distance along with the Royal North Devon Golf Club, the oldest course in England.

North Devon has many attractions that can be easily reached by car, including Exmoor and Dartmoor, Clovelly, The Milky Way Adventure Park, The Big Sheep and Watermouth Castle.

Situated across two floors in this landmark apartment block the property consists of an entrance hall which leads to a downstairs cloakroom, stairs to the upper floor and an open plan lounge/kitchen/diner.

The kitchen is equipped with all the usual utensils and appliances, including electric fan assisted oven with hob and extractor fan, separate fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, toaster, kettle and coffee machine.

The dining table has seating for four and the lounge area has two leather sofas, flat screen TV with Freesat and DVD player. There are floor to ceiling windows with sliding doors to the balcony. This has an outdoor table and seating where you can watch the spectacular sunsets with a glass of your favourite tipple.

The master bedroom has a TV/DVD player and en-suite shower room.

The second bedroom has a TV/DVD player, X Box console and games and use of a family bathroom.

Beach chairs, a windbreak and tent are available for use, along with kites, beach games, body boards, bucket and spade. Beach towels are also supplied.

There is a washing machine, iron and ironing board if required.

Free wi-fi is available throughout the apartment, there are games, books and DVDs for indoor entertainment.
Secure allocated parking is underground with additional parking for one car on the ground floor for guests.

Horizon View complex is very secure with key fob entry to all external doors and underground parking.

Due to enhanced Covid-19 cleaning, access to the apartment is at 3.00pm and departure at 9.00am. Thank you for your co-operation.

Please note changeover day is FRIDAY.

Fab Apts

The apt was spotlessly clean and had all the amenities you need. The selection of dvd's and board games was excellent also it had folding chairs body boards bucket n spades and balls to use on the beach. Views are spectacular and our bedroom was on the rear of the property and was nice n quiet. Although there were apts aboven below and to the side we never heard a peep form any. Cant recommended this place enough

Lovely apartment, beautifully situated. Very convenient for all facilities with wonderful view from the balcony. Very well equipped. Definitely recommended.

Wow

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday. The view from the living room & balcony was amazing & I don’t think I would ever tire of it. The kitchen was well equipped (with more than 1 plate / bowl / mug etc per person) & had plenty of storage space. The utility cupboard was well stocked with everything you might need for a day on the beach (chairs / towels / wind break / bucket / spade / bats / balls etc) The check in process was easy. The location of the apartment was great. We could walk to the tidal pool, the beach, the coast path, fish & chips, Thai restaurant, takeaway pizzas, ice cream, Tesco express, crazy golf etc. We didn’t venture further than Bideford all week because we had everything we needed where we were…. I would strongly recommend staying in this apartment

Perfect stay

The apartment was absolutely beautiful as were the views. The location was perfect to sightsee or just relax on the balcony and enjoy the view and sunset.

toll eingerichtetes Appartment mit Meerblick

Die Wohnung liegt tatsächlich nur 10 m vom Meer entfernt (bei Flut), der Blick vom Balkon auf den abendlichen Sonnenuntergang ins Meer ist fantastisch. Die Wohnung ist gross (2 Bäder, 3 Toiletten!) und sehr gut ausgestattet. Direkt von der Wohnung aus kann man auf den South West Coast.Path starten. Besonders die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin Deb war hervorragend. Gerade unter den schwierigen Coronareisebedingungen hatten wir sehr viele Fragen, die immer am selben Tag ausführlich beantwortet wurden. Es gibt mehrere Lebensmittelläden, die fussläufig erreichbar sind, der Tiefgaragenstellplatz im Haus ist sehr praktisch. Alles in allem eine tolle Wohnung, die Ihr Geld wert ist .

Great apartment in ideal location

The property was ideal for what we wanted. Very well equipped and furnished. Right on the beach with great sea views. Table on the balcony has the best sea view of any restaurant so we had takeaways to take advantage of this. It's a short walk to the beach and the sea pool is just next to the building. There is everything you need in the apartment including games, DVDs and beach stuff like body boards.

Fantastic holiday in westward Ho! - apartment was amazing

This is a fantastic property with the most amazing views. The rooms were lovely and everywhere was so clean and well equipped. There was no noise at all from other apartments and the fact we were right on the beach with a path outside, there was no noise at all - would strongly recommend - thank you

Spectacular views from a perfect apartment

We enjoyed a wonderful week in this immaculate apartment with breathtaking views of the sea. It was very comfortable and clean - with all the little extras thought of to help make the visit easy and fun (eg beach towels, fishing nets, body boards, beach chairs etc). Highly recommended!

Great appartment with wonderful sunset views

This appartment is in a great location with all you need for your stay, the views from the balcony are wonderful. Many local resturants and takeaways a couple of minutes walk away (do prebook Morans if you llove Thai food!) and an easy drive to many of Devon & Cornwalls beautiful locations. We would thoroughly recommend this property.

Wonderful place to unwind

Fantastic place. Just like being on a ship ! Everything was perfect all rooms and amenities to a very high standard .Everything you would need. Even body boards which my husband enjoyed using .we will be returning!

May half term break

We had a lovely week at the property. It was spotlessly clean, had everything we needed and an amazing view. Our two children ages 5 and 7 loved using the boogie boards and spades which the owner keeps at the property, along with the telescope for looking at the stars. To be honest the pictures don’t do it justice.
