45 Horizon View est un appartement spacieux situé au deuxième étage d'un complexe hôtelier au deuxième étage avec vue sur la mer. Tout est sur un seul niveau. Notre appartement a l'un des plus grands balcons à 25 pieds avec une vue imprenable à travers des panneaux de verre propre et clair. Il y a des portes coulissantes du salon au plafond et de la chambre principale offrant une vue à 180 degrés sur la mer. À seulement quelques mètres de la plage de sable Pavillon Bleu qui est populaire auprès des vacanciers et des surfeurs. Il y a des escaliers et ascenseur à tous les étages et un parking souterrain sécurisé est prévu pour 1 voiture avec un parking supplémentaire pour les visiteurs au niveau du sol.

WIFI via Superfast LARGE BANDE est fourni dans tout l'appartement.

Westward Ho! est un village balnéaire traditionnel populaire qui a connu des investissements importants au cours des dernières années. Idéalement situé pour explorer le nord du Devon, le village dispose de restaurants, cafés, bars, plats à emporter, supermarchés et magasins locaux ainsi que de nombreuses activités de détente sur la plage, surf, marche, rock-pooling, karting, mini-golf et attractions. arcades.

L'appartement est entièrement meublé avec des meubles en cuir et en chêne confortables dans les principaux espaces de vie. Il y a une table à manger en chêne et quatre chaises. La cuisine a des plans de travail en granit et une gamme complète d'appareils intégrés. La chambre principale a un lit king size (5 pieds de large) et salle de bains tandis que la chambre à deux lits a deux lits simples (chacun est de 3 pieds de large). En outre, il y a une salle de douche séparée avec une douche à l'italienne. Chauffage central au gaz signifie que l'appartement est une base idéale pour des vacances à tout moment de l'année.

S'il vous plaît noter que la chambre principale a été installée avec un nouveau lit king size (5 pieds de large) avec un tout nouveau matelas à ressorts 1500 poche.

Apartment very clean & well equipped with very comfortable and supportive sofas and beds. Lovely new smart TV in lounge.apartment is well appointed being central in the block, with a super big balcony and furniture for four, with magnificent views over Lundy Croyde, Braunton and the Torridge estuary. All communication with owners was quick and efficient. We had a wonderful stay and will definitely return!!

It's okay

The apartment location and view is fantastic and the main reason we have booked several places in this block in the past, this is our first visit to this apartment. Unfortunately we had a few issues with the apartment that weren't as advertised. The photos of the apartment need to be updated to reflect what we found during our stay. The large white sofa is no longer there, replaced by a tired red leather sofa that we didn't find comfortable, it was a recliner that didn't recline, different, but not new. We were both looking forward to the new mattress, as we too are back sufferers but we found this to be uncomfortable and not new as advertised. The TV is very old and only had a few channels available, not even a full selection of Freeview, the remote control didn't always work either. A coffee machine is clearly shown in the pictures but is no longer there, although not advertised in the description. The shower area didn't feel clean, the shower mat and the shower seal was mouldy. In the kitchen the dishwasher didn't stop when you opened it to add something, It had to be closed very quickly to avoid water being sprayed, no safety stop! The plate draining rack is also rusty. The underground parking is very good, plenty of space for a medium to large car. Most of the things we mentioned can be easily fixed, and in general, it's a nice apartment, but the photographs and description need updating to reflect what we found. the apartment

What a view

Lovely appartment. Great location by the beach. Nicely kept and appointed. Having private parking is a real bonus. Good instructions from the owners on how to get access. Also a helpful selection of leaflets pointing out places of interest in the area. Thank you. Would book again.

Words can’t describe this property with its breathtaking views it’s hypnotic Very comfortable with everything you need Parking is a big plus and you don’t need to use your car again if you don’t want all the shops are just a stroll away plenty of lovely walks as well perfect for all ages I will definitely go again just sad I had to leave 😂😂

Nice Stay Wonderful View of Beach From Apartment

This is a very nice property and a wonderfull location ideal for a relaxing by the sea. Located near all amenities with two pubs within 500m of location. Very clean and well presented also instructions to obtain the keys where easy to follow. Underground parking provided with lift to 2nd Floor. Hosts couldn't be more accomodatiing will certainly go back to this property.

Wonderful stay.

This is the third time we have stayed in this lovely apartment. So that should say a lot in itself. It’s in the best location you can can lie in bed and not only hear the sea but see it also. We were lucky with the weather and was able to make good use of the balcony. The apartment is better then the pictures. Excellent response from the owner and easy self check in. Highly recommend.

What makes this apartment unique
Rarely found, this modern apartment is on the seafront with uninterrupted views over the beach and sea. It is a single storey apartment with lift access making it suitable for all ages. In the past many guests ranging from families with small children through to more mature guests have enjoyed holidays in this apartment. Furnished to a high standard it provides a home from home atmosphere. The secure underground car park and video entry system mean that our guests can fully relax during their stay. Last but no means least - Tea on the Green is only 100 metres away!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We fell in love with this property because of the wonderful views of the ocean and magnificent sun sets. The balcony has superb vantage to enjoy these views and is one of the largest in the complex, making alfresco drinks and dining a must. The large en suite master bedroom is situated right next to the balcony and what ever the weather it is wonderful to lie in bed and watch the waves roll in and listen to the ocean and bird sounds.The apartment is light and spacious and extremely comfortable. As 'back sufferers' we have purchased good quality supportive furniture and matresses to make relaxing and enjoying the magnificent views even more enjoyable!
