Magnifique logement de 51 mètres carrés situé dans le 11ème arrondissement de Paris. Il est localisé au 6ème étage et dernier étage d'un immeuble Haussmanien sans ascenseur.
Le logement est composé d'un vaste séjour, d'1 chambre, 1 salle de bain et peut accueillir jusqu'à 4 personnes. Il est idéalement placé dans une rue calme à proximité de la célèbre PLACE de la RÉPUBLIQUE et du quartier OBERKAMPF. Vous y trouverez de nombreux restaurants, bars, galeries et cafés. Bon séjour !

## Logement
Le logement est tout équipé et conviendra parfaitement à un séjour touristique ou professionnel à Paris. Il sera très apprécié pour sa proximité avec les lieux préférés des habitants du quartier. N’hésitez pas à me demander des bonnes adresses :)
Le logement possède 2 couchages de types suivant : 1 lit double dans la chambre, 1 canapé-lit matelas Bultex dans le salon.
Il est en général très apprécié des voyageurs pour sa vue, l'accès à ses trois balcons, sa luminosité, ses volumes et à son cachet.
Le logement possède 3 balcons végétalisés (2 dans le sejour, 1 dans la chambre) qui seront très appréciés en belle saison !

Situé au croisement du 3ème, 10ème et 11ème arrondissement, le quartier est très agréable par la multitude d'activités que l'on peut y trouver. Très vivant grâce à ses restaurants variés et pour tous les budgets, les petits commerces et boutiques indépendantes.
Le quartier Bastille est également facilement accessible via une promenade sur le boulevard Richard Lenoir.

Perfect Luxury Getaway in Westward Ho!

Absolutely stunning stay at The Headlands in Westward Ho! The apartment lives up to its “luxury” label, modern, beautifully furnished, and spotlessly clean with every comfort thought of. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer breathtaking panoramic views of the coastline, and the balcony is the perfect spot for a morning coffee or a sunset glass of wine.The location is excellent, peaceful yet just a short stroll from the doorsteps to the beach, shops, and local restaurants. Secure parking, excellent amenities, and thoughtful touches throughout made the stay feel truly special.Communication with Lauren was excellent—friendly, prompt, and helpful from start to finish, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.If you’re looking for a stylish, high-end base to relax and soak in the beauty of North Devon, this place is hard to beat. Fantastic time

We have stopped in the horizon view complex 6 times and i have to say this apartment exceeds them all we were greeted with fresh flowers and a complimentary bottle of wine and chocolates . On arrival the place was spotless me and my husband took our elderly mothers. I think they was expecting the 1980s pontins style as that was possibly the last time they have been to the seaside and like us they were flabbergasted with a view that rivals anywhere in the world we will 100% be returning as we now know which room to book thanks again for a lovely holiday

Fabulous apartment! Photos don’t do it justice. Views from bedroom and lounge are spectacular and change almost hourly with the weather and the tides. Warm welcome from Lauren thank you. Everything was just perfect!

Love love loved staying at this lovely apartment! everything was perfect, had everything we could possibly need, comfy beds with beautiful cool linen bedding. We could see nothing but the sea from our bedroom whilst having our morning coffee, pure bliss. Spacious balcony with spectacular views, I spent ages out there just looking at the sea and the gorgeous sunsets. We were so lucky too and had beautiful warm sunny weather. I did not want to go home. Lovely helpful thoughtful Lauren kindly left us milk, chocolates and a bottle of bubbly! Stay here, you will never want to leave!!

The apartment was absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean and well equipped. Overlooking the sea with full length windows from both the lounge and master bedroom was amazing and highly addictive! Our host Lauren was super efficient and very friendly, offering help at any time if needed. A wonderful week , terrific weather in the best apartment we have stayed in, at Westward Ho! We were Three adults in March . all very impressed with the quality - linen sheets a lovely surprise, as were comfortable beds. thoughtful provision of wifi speaker, binoculars, sky tv, Prosecco, chocolates, tea, coffee milk. Property was spotless , situation perfect and views stunning. Big terrace with seating, cushions and rugs. Waves crashing on stormy days and always something to see on the beaches and headland. First class.

We have stayed in this apartment block on many occasions over the last 12 years and this apartment is one of the best we have been to. It was very well furnished, was spotless clean and had supplies of all necessary kitchen and bathroom essentials provided. We will be back and would have no hesitation in recommending as a great holiday base.

Luxurious stay

We have just spent a fortnight at Lauren's appartment. It is so comfortable, from the beds with linen bedding to quality kitchen appliances, utensils, crockery & cookware (far superior to other rentals we have stayed in). There are touches in this appartment that go beyond what we have found in others. Superb location and views. Excellent communication with Lauren and a simple check in/out process. Thanks Lauren!

I like hosting because I want to share this great place. I also love giving information (just imagine me with my hand up thinking 'I know! I'll tell you!'). So I'm very happy to give help and advice.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

The higher up you go the more panoramic the views get, so the 4th floor is excellent. And the position of the apartment means the large balcony gets plenty of evening sun in the summer (many of the apartments don't). This apartment has Fast Fibre WiFi and Sky TV. Plus luxury touches like the Bang & Olufsen bluetooth speaker to enjoy your music.
