8 Coastguard Cottages rests in the seaside resort town of Dawlish in Dorset and is accessed via 40-steps down from the road. Hosting three bedrooms; a double with a TV, a 4-foot double with a TV, and a 4-foot double, along with a shower room, and an external shower room, this property can sleep up to six guests. There is a kitchen, a dining room/conservatory, and a sitting room with an electric pebble fire. To the outside there is an enclosed terrace with seating overlooking the sea, with parking being on-road. Please Note - This property accepts a minimum of 5 nights.

Amenities: Gas central heating with electric pebble fire. Electric double oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, TV, and WiFi. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Roadside parking. Enclosed patio terrace with furniture and sea views. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop within 0.4 miles, pub within 0.3 miles. Note: There are 40 steps down to the property entrance from the street, therefore this property is not suitable for those with limited mobility. Note: In the 4-foot double bedroom (no TV) the bed is only accessible from one side, please consider this when booking. Please note: there is ongoing construction work building the second section of the protective sea wall along the front and the railway line during summer and autumn 2021.
