Unfortunately because of the airstrikes, your flight didn't land until late (past 1:00am) - info that was not properly communicated by the airport which led to our partner company thinking your flight was in fact cancelled. When our agent didn't hear from either you or the driver by 1:45am, they assumed that the reservation was a no-show and fell asleep. We deeply regret the inconvenience you experienced because of this and were happy to refund you the first night because of this, showing our commitment to make things right. While we strive to provide smooth and seamless arrivals, unexpected circumstances can sometimes lead to disruptions in the original plans. However, we take note of your feedback to ensure better coordination and communication in such situations in the future. Nous sommes en discussion avec les voisins du dessous, afin de régler le "dégats des eaux" que nous avons subis par leur travaux. Nous sommes encore une fois désolée que cela ai eu un impact sur votre séjour. Comme nous l'avons écris par email, nous avons signalé le souci à nos supérieurs, qui se rapprocheront de vous par rapport à un dédommagement. I should note that this review pertains to our MARYLAND apartment and not our PARISIAN BLEU apartment - since you did not end up staying in the Parisian Bleu apartment. Parisian Bleu does have a private parking space available for guests. We hope to have the chance to welcome you again in the future.

Hi Sara, Thank you for your feedback. We really appreciate you taking the time to help us improve our listing. We were aware of a couple of these points and had reduced the listing's price accordingly. I'm happy to say that this apartment has been scheduled for a renovation over the winter - which will include a new kitchen. We've added to our list to ask the owners to consider re-painting or tiling the toilet - instead of the current wallpaper. We hope you enjoyed your stay nonetheless, and your father had a nice birthday! You mentioned that he was looking forward to some Gin & Tonics on the terrace, so we hope that he enjoyed the little gift that we left him?
