Very close to Miami airport, Miami cruise port, walking distance to Little Havana, and south beach. It fit all 8 of us just fine. We stayed before and after our cruise, so they stored our food for us until we can back from our cruise. Maria was very nice and made sure everything was clean and ready for us.
We stayed for 3 nights this past weekend and price was good comparing other options. That lower cost did come at the price of less appealing neighborhood, noise from spring breakers blasting music and what irked me the most - dirty sheets that had me doing laundry first night until 2am to make sure I slept on clean sheets. Maria did apologize for the inconvenience, though I would have preferred not to start the weekend that way.
I am a Brazilian Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) who loves real estate rehab. I purchased this beautiful building in need of lots of tlc and little by little I have been bringing it back to life. Most of the work is completed but I still have some work to do. It is a wonderful feeling to see this gem come back to its glory days!
