Cottage privé sur 4 hectares de vignes et de chênes

Le chalet Acorn House est situé à environ une heure au nord de San Francisco, sur la route panoramique 12 à Kenwood. Il est une retraite paisible sur quatre acres privés. Vos hôtes, Bev et Jerry Stemach, vous invitent à quitter leur pays et à profiter de cette charmante location de vacances nichée au milieu d'anciens chênes et vignes au cœur de la vallée viticole de Sonoma.

Acorn Cottage est généreusement nommé: étagères remplies de livres et de films, de la musique sur la chaîne stéréo, un bain dans un bain à remous ou un bain à remous extérieur, télévision, Internet sans fil, une bouteille de vin local, votre propre terrasse privée et patio. Si vous êtes enclin à explorer, un large éventail d'activités passionnantes sont à quelques minutes: la randonnée dans les montagnes ou le long des plages du littoral, du golf sur proximité, manger dans les restaurants de Kenwood, Glen Ellen, et de Sonoma, et dégustation de vin à travers le comté de Sonoma 13 viticulture les régions. Just AMAZING in every way

Bev and Jerry have a wonderful space… they go over the top with everything… we did not need to shop as so many options were already there , from homemade banana bread to coffee and orange juice…to robes and flip flops for the hot tub…the best bottle of wine from their grapes, to a glass of wine and hour serves in their winery…we can not wait to return.

Best vacation ever

What an extraordinary experience. Everything was amazing. The property was absolutely beautiful. This cottage has everything. It’s so cozy and inviting, stocked with food, beverages, and the best homemade banana bread I’ve ever tasted. Sitting in the hot tub under the stars was peaceful, relaxing and restorative. On top of all of that, Bev and Jerry were the most kind, gracious, and generous hosts. Words cannot express how grateful I am for their hospitality and truly what an amazing time I had. This was the best vacation experience and they played an integral role in making that happen. I’ll remember this trip for the rest of my life.Do yourself a favor and stay at acorn cottage. I know I will again.

Getaway in the middle of Sonoma Valley

Jerry and Bev provide an excellent vacation experience. My wife and I stayed here for a few days for our 10th wedding anniversary. The setting of the acorn house at the back of the property provides a great sense of seclusion while still being in the middle of Sonoma Valley. The view from the hot tub of the 500 year old oak tree and vineyards is a great place to relax. The hosts are fantastic and go out of their way to make you feel welcome. The complimentary wine tastings and snacks were icing on the cake. We can't wait to come back!

Exceptional Cottage with Amazing Hosts!

5 Stars is not enough to rate this beautiful oasis! By far the best stay we have experienced. The Acorn cottage was better than described with attention to every detail to the bottle of wine, cheese and crackers, makings for a continental breakfast and not to mention Bev's homemade banana bread. The cottage is private, with breathtaking views, extremely clean with attention to EVERY detail. Bev and Jerry go over and beyond being great host. A pure gem in Sonoma! We can’t wait for our next return visit! Thank you again Bev and Jerry!

Amazing Experience in Wine Country

My girlfriend and I stayed for a week to celebrate a birthday, and this place was one of the highlights! The property itself is beautiful and quiet, and maintained to a standard that shows thoughtfulness and care. The hosts are the nicest people, they seem to actually care that people enjoy their stay on the property and in the area.

Wonderful Stay at Acorn Cottage!

We had such an amazing time at the Acorn Cottage. The cottage was adorable and Bev and Jerry were great hosts. They had the place stocked with essentials and even shared with us a glass of wine in their lovely wine room. We will definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in the Sonoma area.

Acorn Cottage - Amazing!!

Truly the most welcoming and lovely experience. Not only was the property setting tranquil and beautiful, but the hosts went WAY above and beyond. Wonderful Hosts and sweet cottage

The Acorn House is a lovely cottage and the hosts were exceptional. They were very accommodating and generous, including leaving us a Marin cheese and crackers, homemade banana bread, wine, beer and bottled water. The hot tub was great and the property is private and secluded.

Perfect Getaway

Acorn House is an example of that rare experience when the property is even better than its listing! The cottage and environs are wonderfully cared for and the hosts have thought of every detail in the house to make the stay wonderful. Everything clean and in working order and lots of special touches! The hosts really went above and beyond in communication and went out of their way to support our interests and needs. We were so grateful for this rejuvenating retreat and thanks to the hosts it was a very special and exceptional stay! We’ll be back!

Sonoma Getaway

This is more of an experience than a rental property. Acorn Cottage was accurately described and the perfect size and privacy for two. There a several Sonoma wineries within 5-10 minutes and Napa Valley a nice 35 minute drive through the mountains. Jerry and Bev were great host and we look forward to coming back.

From the moment we arrived, Bev and Jerry took great care of us! From the homemade banana bread, to the wine, cheese and other goodies left for us, we couldn't have asked for more. The property is stunning in its location and landscaping. Very private and secure.

Lovely cottage, lovely experience!

Bev and Jerry have one of the best rental experiences you can find. We enjoyed wine and stories with them the evening we arrived and spent three nights in a peaceful, quiet setting. It was the perfect place to come back to after a hike or a visit in town. Cant recommend Acorn Cottage more enthusiastically! We will be back again!

Beautiful peaceful cottage. Great host.

This was our first time at this cottage. We were were wanting a romantic place for our 33rd anniversary and this was exactly what we were looking for. Quiet peaceful cottage. The spa was a perfect temperature. It was relaxing around the outside fireplace while grilling. Couldn't ask for better hosts. the cottage was clean and fully supplied with more then we expected. Close to many activities. We hope to come back.

Simply Amazing!

Words cannot describe the wonderful stay we experienced at Acorn House! Bev and Jerry's hospitality was wonderful and so genuine. The property was gorgeous and meticulously maintained. Everything about our stay, including our amazing hosts and their property, was stunningly perfect. I had read the reviews beforehand and they exactly capture how amazing a stay can be. Pure delight

Delight… that feeling of finding a place that is more beautiful than the pictures, more comfortable than the descriptions, and more hospitable than we could have imagined. From the first day, we began calling the Cottage ‘home’. Our hosts we wonderful, accommodating, and gave great advice and suggestions for restaurants, wineries, and places to see. We’d like to suggest a rating of more than 5 stars for this one!

Jerry and Bev Stemach are life-long residents of Northern California. They have lived in wine country for 40 years and have hosted guests for 20 years. They farm petit verdot grapes under the Sonoma Valley appellation. Petit verdot is a Bordeaux varietal often used as a blending grape. When it comes to winery and restaurant recommendations, guests consistently describe Jerry and Bev as "spot on".
