This Kenwood property features 2 private accommodations, each with tranquil bedroom and ensuite bath, spacious lounging and kitchen areas. Relax in the peaceful surroundings and soak in the charm of this cozy retreat, complete with a seasonal swimming pool, on a private, gated residential compound in the best location for touring.

The property is located amidst vineyards and wide-open fields studded with ancient oaks to rolling hills and dramatic mountains. Both cottages look out onto the pool with lounges for relaxing. The pool area is sunny all year, and in the warmer months, youâll be delighted to dip in the large saltwater pool.

Kenwood is a quiet hamlet on the Highway 12 Wine Trail in the Sonoma Valley, midway between the cities of Sonoma and Santa Rosa.
Getting Around
Rental car recommended. Uber and Lyft are available, but since weâre in wine country, theyâre not as frequent as in big cities. If youâre planning a wine-tasting adventure, there are fantastic private driver services availableâweâre happy to share recommendations! To make the most of your trip, we do recommend having access to a car.

- Other Helpful Things to Know
âą Parking: We have two designated spotsâone near Creekside (which requires a 3-point turn to park) and another at the front of the property, accessible via a gravel pathway through the garden. To make things easier, we provide a wagon to help transport your luggage.
âą Housekeeping: Daily housekeeping isnât included, but we keep the space well-stocked for your stay.
âą Laundry: A washer and dryer are available for light loads. Since weâre on a private well and septic system, we just ask guests to be mindful of water usage.
âą Cell Service & WiFi: Most carriers get good reception here, and each cottage has dedicated high-speed WiFi so you can stay connected.
âą Pool: The saltwater pool is open seasonally (MayâOctober), but its temperature depends on sunshine and air temperature. The hot tub is not available at this time.

We want all of our guests to have a wonderful experience, so we kindly ask that you follow these house guidelines:
1. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property.
2. No open flames or candles due to fire risk.
3. No parties or amplified music (Sonoma County quiet hours: 9 PMâ7 AM).
4. Pool access is for registered guests only.
5. While we take great care of our property, we canât be responsible for any accidents, injuries, or lost belongings during your stay.
6. On rare occasions, our local power company, PG&E, may conduct Public Safety Power Shutoffs due to fire risk. While we canât control these, weâll always keep you informed if anything is expected during your stay. We cannot provide alternate accommodations should this occur. In case of an emergency evacuation warning, instructions are provided in the guest folders inside each cottage.
Weâre onsite in the main house if you have any questions during your stay and are happy to offer recommendations to make your trip extra special!
