Vous aurez beaucoup de place dans cet hôtel récemment rénové 3 chambres 2 salles de bain maison qui a pris une nouvelle personnalité avec son intérieur face-lift! Situé en face d'une plage dédiée. L'établissement propose une cuisine entièrement équipée, internet, micro-ondes, lave-linge et sèche-linge 4 télévision par câble, baignoire grand jardin, avec douche, plateau en verre cuisinière, grande table de salle à manger, 2 canapés dans le salon pour regarder une grande télévision à écran plat. Belle terrasse situé en face de la maison pour se détendre et faire griller vos prises de la journée. Vous avez une vue magnifique sur le golfe depuis la terrasse outback joliment meublé. Situé sur une excellente plage de la profondeur de la rive progressive est parfait pour la natation! Parfait pour une grande famille et une grande valeur pour l'emplacement!

Cette maison accepte les animaux domestiques et des frais non remboursables de 112 $ par animal seront ajoutés à la réservation avec l'approbation du propriétaire.

Les réservations hebdomadaires incluent un crédit de 250 USD pour la location de matériel de plage fourni par VayK Gear. We had a good time. The location is very good across from the beach and a block from a full service restaurant. We didn't realize there is only one shower inside the house. One thing we had trouble with were the knives - the knives in the block were very dull and need sharpening. We also ran out of propane when using the grill.

I believe this was our fourth stay at this lovely 3 bedroom house. Already booked for 2025! It is conveient to Mexico Beach, Port St Joe and Cape San Blas.Both the owners and the staff at Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals are always great and go the extra mile!Only thing I noticed is that the gas grill is not in good shape. We did use it but had to use a long lighter to light the burners as ignator did not work. Always delighted to stay here!!!

Adding electronic locks w/ code for check-in would make this a 5-star property. Having to drive to other side of PSJ for keys was a hassle. Otherwise, wonderful stay!

Not what we expected

I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House itself was fine but bed was not to our liking. Very soft. Although clean, floors had areas that were somewhat sandy as if missed in sweeping. Great kitchen and fully stocked for any cooking needs. What we thought was a second driveway was actually an RV site so part of our week had an F250 and massive trailer about 3 feet from our patio. Made it unusable. Might be wise to alert future renters. If there were a possibility the small privacy panels could be extended the length of the drive, it would help a lot.

Perfection - Again....

Convenient and quite.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice 3 bedroom cottage. Second time staying there this year. Convenient to Mexico Beach, Port St Joe and Cape San Blas. Short walk to a nice beach.WiFi was a little troublesome and cell phone service while inside the house was poor. Master bedroom has a VERY firm mattress. As can be seen in the photo part of the driveway is gravel and rough to try to walk on while barefooted. Gulf Coast Vacation Rental has great customer service!

House was clean and located conveniently to Mexico Beach, Port St Joe and Cape San Blas. Only two issues and sure they will be corrected soon. WiFi only worked in the front part of the house(dining area, living room and kitchen). Could not get a connection in bedrooms and bathrooms and tub drained very slowly after bathing. Cleaner did a poor job of getting the sand off the floors and we had to sweep and vacuum the first night of our stay(this was prior to us going to the beach).

Lovely get-away cottage at St. Joe Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our visit to Seascapes at St. Joe Beach was lovely. The beach is not crowded and everyone is friendly. Be aware that you do have to cross a road to get to the beach, but it’s not a problem and you still have a lovely beach view from the house. The beach house itself is adorable, tastefully decorated and well stocked with kitchen equipment. We utilized the sunny breakfast room and the patio table and grill, as well as the general living areas. It’s also close to Port St. Joe for groceries, a drug store, etc. We ate dinner outdoors at the local restaurant, Provisions, and had a delicious meal at a reasonable price. My only two suggestions are to get a new bed for the master bedroom, the current bed is so hard we moved to another bedroom, and to put blackout curtains or shades in the two spare bedrooms. I stacked pillows behind the window shade to try to keep out the bright, morning sunlight. We enjoyed our visit to Seascapes and the ease of check in and out. We would definitely consider staying there again if we return to the Gulf Coast area.

The house was very clean the kitchen had everything that you needed

The house was clean, and a great location right across the street from the beach. Close to restaurants and grocery stores. The only complaint I had was you had to bring your own beach towels, beach chairs, extra toilet paper, paper towels, and dishwasher liquid. Also the master bedroom bed was very hard like sleeping on the floor.

Great trip!

This property was perfect- instant access to the beach, gorgeous and well-equipped house, and convenient location. We loved that even over Spring Break, the beaches weren't crowded. There was a little issue with our check-in, but the property managers took care of it and took extra steps to make sure our stay was fantastic. We'd definitely go back again!

We loved Seascape!

The house was in a great location and was just what we were looking for! It would have been nice to have 2 showers, but we made due with the one. Comfy, cozy, updated, close to the water, it was a great stay!

Overall the property was a very convenient location to beach access and we loved that! Kitchen was well equipped and open spaces for little ones to play inside was helpful. Would recommend this property to others. A few annoyances: Found out halfway into our 8hr drive down we’d have to drive another 20 mins (40 mins round trip) past the property to get the keys from rental office because there were not keypads on the doors. The living room TV would not connect to internet to access streaming services. Master bedroom wouldn’t load streaming services. This was a big deal with a toddler. Ended up having to hook a laptop up to the TV just to utilize streaming services. Small things that would have made life a little easier but again, would recommend this property to anyone with little ones and pets.
