Récemment rénové après l'ouragan Michael. La maison de plage "The Nest" est de retour et prête à louer. Beaucoup de nos restaurants préférés sont ouverts ainsi que l'épicerie locale de PSJ. Venez profiter du beau temps de la Floride et de ses célèbres plages de sable blanc acceptant les animaux domestiques. Ce chalet est adorable. Détendez-vous sur le porche de l'écran sous une brise fraîche et regardez les vagues, les couchers de soleil et la beauté du golfe de Floride! Ne manquez jamais de glace avec la machine à glaçons de grand volume. Prêt pour la glacière de plage! Profitez de la toute nouvelle douche d'extérieur en toute intimité. Parfait pour laver les enfants ou les animaux après une longue journée à la plage.

Marchez jusqu'à l'une des plages de sable blanc les plus incroyables au monde. Pêcher de la plage ou apporter / louer un bateau. Nouvelle rampe de mise à l'eau sur la route. Beaucoup de stationnement pour remorque et bateau!

**** Nous pouvons louer des vélos BEACH CRUISER de 26 "avec des cadres en aluminium pour 50 $ par semaine et par vélo.

Faites du shopping dans des boutiques pittoresques pour des cadeaux uniques et de l'art local. Mangez les fruits de mer les plus délicieux du monde.

The Nest is the best!

Our 53 day stay was amazing. We were a block away from the Gulf. We could see sunset on our screened in porch. The house itself was bright and sunny! We cook at home more than go out, and every thing we needed to do that was there. When we had a question, Kevin was on top of it, planning to return!

Long Weekend Fishing Trip

Great Location, very clean! Went down for a 3 day fishing trip with 2 friends and really enjoyed the place. Very convenient to boat ramp and restaurants. Would definitely come back!

Perfect cozy beach house!

We loved our stay at The Nest! Kevin was super responsive before and during our stay with any questions or needs that came up, and went above and beyond to make sure we had what we needed. The location couldn't have been better -- so easy to go back and forth to the super close beach access. The house was cozy but plenty spacious for our family of five. The ice maker was a small addition that made a big impact in ease of packing up for the beach and never running out of ice! It was also great to have use of the beach wagon, chairs, and toys, as we didn't have to bring our bulky cart with us. Best of all, this was our first pet-friendly stay, and it was so great having our pup with us! One note: doors are all slatted (including bathroom doors), I'm assuming to help with air circulation. This was not a problem for us, but could be an issue for anyone needing more privacy. Overall would definitely recommend and would love to stay again!

The Nest

The house was clean and comfortable, well stocked with what one would have in his home. The property manager was very responsive to an AC problem, and I was particularly impressed with the icemaker. It save me the task of running for ice each day to keep my oysters happy.

Awesome beach retreat

Cute & comfortable costal home with awesome mattress (stayed in master), en-suite, great kitchen, and screened porch - good sized space that also felt cozy. One block to miles of magnificent sugar sand beach. We didn’t want to leave. Would definitely rent again

Great cottage in a great location!

The house is clean and well appointed, having everything we needed. In addition to being only a block from a quiet, beautiful beach, the neighborhood was also nice for walking. The owners are helpful and responsive, and overall it was a great experience!

The Nest was ideal

Our Thanksgiving goal was to eat, relax and watch football. The Nest was the perfect place for that. Add the beautiful sunsets just steps away and we had a trip worth making into a tradition.

Amazing time!!!

just the right location! Pictures dont do justice everything you need we had such a great time cant wait to come back next year! Amazing host as well so quick to respond and sooo nice and friendly and helpful :) Everything you need to cook dinner relax and just have agreat vaction! We also could bring our fur babies which was even better!!!! See ya next year!

Love the nest!

The Nest is a cozy, peaceful haven within sight of the beach. My friend and I enjoyed staying there very much. I loved the outdoor shower! and I was so grateful to get to enjoy my vacation with my dogs. Kevin was a perfect host and was very responsive whenever we had questions. The neighborhood is also very clean and peaceful. I didn't want to leave!

A great beach getaway @ the Nest!

We had such a great time at the Nest! It was so close to the beach, we loved being able to see the Gulf from the front porch. Everything was the way it was advertised on VRBO. We had everything we needed to enjoy our beach vacay. The Nest was super cozy and comfortable for our family of 6. Our dog Wally enjoyed the home. It wad nice to be able to bring our dog down to the beach and play. Highly recommend the Nest and the Port St. Joe beach. We love this area because it is so much calmer and relaxing compared to the PCB and 30A area. Hope to return next summer!

Family getaway with our 2 dogs!

The house is very comfortable and cute. We had everything we needed and enjoyed relaxing on the screen porch and being able to walk to the beach every day! The house is very well laid out with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Appreciated being able to take our dogs!

Great Escape from Northern Michigan Winter

Our month long stay was so relaxing! Beautiful walks on the beach (so close by), afternoon reads on the beach, the porch and our favorite, the screened in porch! The kitchen had everything we needed and the icemaker was a bonus! We loved the beach cottage decor! Headed back to Michigan now after a spectacular month! Thank you Kevin for your attentiveness! Love the Nest!

We had a fabulous stay at the Nest. We enjoyed the house with all its charm. The porch was a great place morning and evening. Our short walk to the beach was ideal. Our stay couldn’t have been nicer. Thanks to the owner who provided such a nice place.

Hidden Gem

From start to finish the Host-Kevin was great. The nest had everything you needed. The icemaker was a Huge bonus. Our boat fit great in the driveway. We loved the very very short walk to the beach and our dog Quill loved it! We caught sheephead- catfish- trout- black drum- sun rays-sunsets to die for and not to mention the golf cart parades-LOL - Found some great food in Port St. Joe. Thanks for sharing The Nest with us and we would definitely stay here again!

We currently live in the North Metro Atlanta area where we raise our 3 kids. We love the Gulf coast and travel to the Florida white sand beaches frequently. We fish, golf, travel and enjoy life!

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We bought this cottage for our vacation home while living in the Atlanta area. We couldn't get enough of this peaceful, friendly place, so we bought this gulf view home. We have a home in metro Atlanta and have decided to share this cottage with others who have fallen in love with the Gulf and the white sand beaches!

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

We love to walk our dog on the beach, watch our kids swim and play in the sand, ride bikes along the coast, campfires on the beach at night and take the boat out to catch some fish. If we don't feel like cooking, we head to Killer Seafood for nationally-recognized Killer Fish Tacos or a bread bowl full of fresh, local seafood and Award-winning Killer Seafood Sauce. Yum! Or, a trip to Provisions in Port Saint Joe- just a short drive up the coast to the east. Incredible food!
