Ce mini domaine de tennis datant du milieu du siècle est situé au cœur d’un désert de palmiers. Le centre commercial Palm Desert se trouve à seulement 10 minutes à pied et à seulement 1,6 km de boutiques de classe mondiale, à proximité du célèbre El Paseo. Cette maison datant du milieu du siècle dispose d’un court de tennis éclairé, d’une superbe piscine tech en galets d’eau salée, de quatre (4) chambres meublées avec (4) grands lits et d'un (1) cal roi dans la chambre principale. Dans la maison, vous pourrez faire une partie de ping-pong ou de billard. Cette maison a été récemment rénovée. Tous les appareils de cuisine et le mobilier sont neufs.

excellent customer service

The best part about this property is how helpful and accomodating the manager is- she went above and beyond to help us out. Be sure to check that the location is where you want to be as it is a busy neighborhood. Also the lay out of the house is funky and aas anotehr guest mentioned, one of the bedrooms has no ac. In general good for a big group if you plan to spend most of your time outside and don't really care about the decor nad comfortability of the indoor space.

Our stay was generally wonderful. The property is large and fun for kids. The pool takes a very long time to heat because it is deep, so though we paid extra to heat the pool (not disclosed on the listing), it was not warm until late in our stay

Tennis & Paradise Dream

The tennis court makes the property. It was such a nice piece of our vacation that made planning much easier, especially given how hard it is to find court time around tennis focused event days. We could play tennis while others lounged by the pool - not a bad way to spend a vacation! The house slept a group of us without issue; note we had less than the suggested amount because we didn't want ppl sleeping on air mattresses! While we were worried about only having two bathrooms, it worked out just fine. While there were some things that were not ideal (no A/C in the bedroom off the kitchen, finite amount of silverware, and no kitchen towels), Lexi and her team were always very quick to accommodate as requested. I knew that if I mentioned something to her, it would immediately be handled. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely rent it again!

Fun New Years Getaway

Nice spot for a family trip. Great restaurants nearby. Quiet neighborhood. Tennis court and basketball court were awesome. Ping ping and pool table provided endless entertainment. All sorts of other fun and unique games throughout the house. Heated pool. House was well stocked. Thanks for having us!

Comfortable for Couples - and four children bed wise but could do with more toilets/bathrooms. Great fun with Ping Pong table and swimming pool. Good Kitchen and supplies. Adequate parking is a plus.

Can’t complain. Had a group of 9. It was tight as no one shared a bed. I feel sleeping 12 is a bit of a stretch but would be great with 8-10 if shared beds. 2 beds are in spare room for laundry and one is in closet in main bedroom. It’s cozy and feels a bit tight but price is lower than others I’m sure. Location great and easy to rent from. Tennis court was fun but half the lights were out so was very tough to actually play at night. Would rent again with a smalller party for sure Thanks

Perfect for big group

Plenty of room and activities! Comfy beds and updated bathrooms. Well stocked kitchen. Great location near grocery stores and restaurants. We loved Mi Cultura, Peruvian place close by. Lexi was responsive and accommodating.

Fun house, but sleeps less than expected

It was a fun house, with many games to play both indoors and outdoors, but description was a bit misleading. Listed as sleeping 12, but turned out to have 5 beds (sleeps 10), with an air mattress in the closet to sleep an additional 2 people. At our age, no one wanted, or was expecting to, have to sleep on an air mattress. There wasn’t even ample space to put the air mattress out, so was very disappointed in the sleeping arrangement. Although it was nice to have a tennis court in the backyard (which was the primary reason we chose this house), it’s not up to standard regulations, and there’s not enough space between the baseline and fence to be able to properly swing your racket since you end up hitting the back fence on your backswing (on both sides of the court). Also, we kept losing balls because the backyard has hedges along the perimeter, so once a ball rolls under there, it was extremely difficult to retrieve (and the ball would be covered in dirt). The host was very easy to communicate with, and was super prompt with responses whenever we needed anything.

A perfect home!

We had a fantastic time at this home and it was perfect for our needs. Check-in/out was simple and Lexi was very communicative. We had a group of nine stay in the house and it was the perfect size, plenty of bedrooms and two large living areas (though we spent most of the time by the wonderful pool or playing tennis on the amazing regulation sized tennis court!) Kitchen was perfectly stocked with everything we needed to cook and grill at the house. Location wise, the home is close to several grocery stores in a quiet neighborhood and was easy to get to. The views of the mountains were absolutely gorgeous as well. Overall I would highly recommend booking a stay here, I miss it already!

Great space for a group and family

if you're active and want sunshine this is good house to go with a group. Has everything you need from tennis, a pool for the kids, basketball, to hiking nearby. We even walked to El Paseo which is nice and convenient. Manager is responsive and helpful.

Great house for a group!

This desert house was perfect for my friends and I to celebrate my birthday. We had a little pickle ball tournament on the tennis court, played ping pong & cornhole and had exactly what we needed to BBQ and hang by the pool (cute rafts were already there for us). We also walked to dinner from the house which was really nice. Definitely recommend for a relaxing weekend with family or friends.

Generally nice place to enjoy for all ages and good location for shopping. But little disappointed on bedding and cups/dishes/spoon&forks etc..the sheets smelled and you have to clean the dust off the dishes before using kitchen stuffs.

Awesome spot for group hangout time and activities

I was here with a group of 10 total guys from all over California. The house had everything we needed to entertain ourselves, from games to outdoor space. The bedrooms are standard. The house is a good price point for all that it includes in terms of amenities. There were a couple things that I reached out to Lexi about, from check-in comms to the pool and trash bins being full. She was quick to respond and send someone over to the house. I would come back again!

Perfect place for my group

Me and 9 of my friends stayed here for a 3 day golf trip. It was perfect! We took advantage of the pool, basketball court, ping pong / pool table, and countless other things. Such a blast, can’t wait to get back! Only negative thing I’d say is this house was completely bare in terms of being stocked with any essentials (absolutely no shampoo/soap in the bathrooms, and not even salt or pepper in the kitchen) so make sure you come prepared :)

Great week, but house needs some work

We had an amazing time at this property. It was well located. The pool was wonderful and the tennis court was fun to have. We travelled with four kids and 5 adults. The house fit us well and we enjoyed being together. The kitchen was well stocked and had new appliances. The ice machine was still broken, but bag of ice was provided. The bathrooms were redone and water pressure was great. Lexi was fast to respond and responsive to our concerns. Although we enjoyed our stay the house needs some work. It is outdated with quite a bit of work that needs to be done on the house both inside and out. I would recommend bringing washcloths and hair towels as those weren't provided. The beds were as listed, but not comfortable and the bedding was nothing special. There was no soap or shampoo so bring that stuff. The dining room table was large in size, but chairs were stained/needs new cushions and only sit 6 people. Overall it was a great stay, but for the price of the house we had higher expectations.

Awesome stay

This house was perfect fir the 10 of us! Centrally located to everything we like to do. Shopping, hiking, the living desert were very close. The house provided a pool, tennis court, pool table, ping pong and many board games. We will be back!

Clean, spacious and beautiful property. The property owner is incredibly responsive and generous and our family very much enjoyed our trip. This was our second time booking and we will for sure return again in the very near future.

Hi, I am Lexi. I have been a host for about 9 years now. I love meeting our guests and making sure everyone is having a great time. We have had several guests return which is amazing and makes us so happy. I take pride in making sure the house is well prepared for each of our guest and try to meet everyones expectation. When you are a guest with us we are just a call away and can be at the house within minutes in the event we are needed.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Very central to everything. 5 mins walk to the Palm Desert mall and El paseo (Rodeo drive of the desert). 5 mins drive to all the shopping, Trader Joes, Whole Foods, Target, Walmart. Less than 10 mins drive to the Indian Wells Tennis gardens. We have about 10 different top golf courses in the desert, within 5 miles of the house.

Private tennis, pebbles tech, salt water pool. 0.3 acres of property, with a lot of outdoor area to hand out, and do a bunch of activities with the friends and family.
