My family enjoyed a nice weekend at this property. The pool was clean and ready to go with floaties, umbrellas, etc. Built in BBQ was out of service but they had a replacement one ready to go that was clean and had propane set up. Really liked the layout of the property with the kitchen having a beautiful open concept with a large panoramic window to see the backyard/pool (glass was very clean too). Overall, family was very happy. Would stay here again.

Party of 9 found this house to be lovely and inviting. Dawn met us at the property and showed us around (very helpful). The bedrooms and the upstairs game room were great! The backyard pool area was awesome. Everything was great. Would definitely book this property again. Just lovely !

Beautiful, spacious and well decorated vacation rental. Great kitchen with ample supplies. Would love to have had a working garbage disposal and more wash cloths, but otherwise it was great. We repaired the ping pong net ourselves (although it needs to be replaced) and more balls are needed so if you’re into ping pong like my group was, take note and bring extra balls.

Loved the quiet location! The house is larger than I imagined and very clean. The outdoor area is wonderful and we loved the pool !! We had 5 ladies and the rooms were perfect. We’ll definitely rent this place again!

Great Spot

Excellent spot for a large group. We were there for a work trip and it was perfect for our needs. Lots of space for everyone, great location close to everything, property manager was an excellent communicator. Would stay here again for sure.

I really wanted to give this place a good review. It was spacious and comfortable and we appreciated that we could bring our dog. The pool was fantastic. Unfortunately, we had so many small problems with the property. Any one by itself would have been minor, but the accumulation of all of them made the stay frustrating. The built in grill, stove top, and sink in the outdoor kitchen were all non-functional, although a portable grill with propane was provided. The gas for the poolside fire pit was turned off so we could not use that on the lovely desert evenings (the management company could only tell us “it worked for the last guests”). The outdoor ceiling fans were non-functional, after an extensive search for a light switch, I contacted the management company and they directed us to a light switch upstairs, that controlled the patio fans. Once we turned that on, one of the two patio fans worked, but neither of the two lights did. The pool required the download of an app to use, which would have been far easier if written directions had been provided (we had to call management twice to resolve)The battery was dead in the master bedroom fan. Coffee took a half an hour to brew. Finally, the check-in process and written information provided were both focused on rules and guidelines. Written documentation for how to make use of the amenities is standard for homes we have rented, none was provided here. The overall experience was, “welcome to our lovely home, please don’t use it”.

Thanks for the feedback, Linda. The app is required for guests to use the spa heat and not the pool heat as the pool heat is programmed in advance. Sorry for any frustrations and/or confusion.

The house had a plumbing problem, and we were told not to turn on the Jacuzzi. We contacted customer service multiple times, but no one responded or helped us. The customer service was very rude and unprofessional. This was one of the worst vacation experiences I’ve had. I do not recommend this place.

Dishwasher was fine before guest arrived. She also ignored repeated noise rules resulting in the police showing up at noon. She didn't answer our Check-in staff then arrived at the home at 9pm, asked for spa heat at midnight, etc. One of the very worst guest experiences in a long time.

Sunny Christmas vacation

The house was perfect for our family group of 6 adults and 4 children. The layout of the bedrooms was very convenient and the living spaces were spacious and inviting. The pool was a huge hit with everyone, specially coming from colder locations. Thank you for a great stay.

holiday stay

It was a wonderful home, clean and well designed for our family with young children. The pool was able to be heated to a very nice temperature. In addition, the host was very responsive and addressed any questions we had.

Great Vacation Home

This house has a beautiful backyard. Our family really enjoyed the pool area with nice lounge chairs and lots of sun. Pool was warm and easy to control hot tub. Inside the home was very roomy. We had lots of room for everyone in the family. TV room downstairs and a TV room upstairs. Perfect for families with kids. Loved the home and the location. Would definitely stay there again!Jim W

Loved the property. I booked it for a weekend getaway with my immediate family and the property was exactly what we wanted and needed. Many rooms, a big family/play room upstairs where we all hung out after swimming all day. The kitchen was spacious and fully equiped. Also loved that anyone in the kitchen was not isolated as it was right in front of tge pool with a lovely window that allowed for a full view. The pool was so warm, which was perfect for the kiddos. Property manager was great and easy to communicate with. Will definitely be staying again if the host will have us!

We enjoyed our visit at your home. One recommendation is to check the air conditioner. We were comfortable, but the outdoor temperatures were not that high except for 2 days. I expect the air conditioner might not be strong enough to keep the house cold when temperatures get consistently OK over 95 degrees Apologizing beyond No
