Mobilier de style moderne de couleur blanche, plancher en bois, salon et salle à manger donnant sur une belle et typique fondation vénitienne ensoleillée au soleil, salle de bains très spacieuse et confortable et grande douche. La maison est située dans un quartier très populaire avec restaurant et bar, l'appartement se trouve dans un palais noble vénitien datant du XVe siècle d'une famille noble de la République de Serenissima. Facilement accessible depuis la gare et l'aéroport, vous pourrez vous rendre à pied au pont du Rialto et à la place Saint-Marc en 15 minutes, à pied.

Casa Michiel est un appartement entièrement rénové, situé dans un immeuble du XVe siècle, dans le quartier de Cannaregio, dans la belle Fondamenta della Misericordia, où vous pourrez passer des vacances inoubliables ... à Vera Vera !!!

I had a wonderful stay at Giovanna’s Casa Michiel. Giovanna established early communication with me, met me at the door and walked me through the spacious, bright and clean apartment. The apartment was also very quiet. The winning feature for this place was location. Located in the Cannaregio district and right above a street lined with wonderful outdoor cafes, gelatos and probably the best cicchetti bar in town. A short walk to the M. dell’Orto stop with quick access to vaporettos and the Alilaguna stop from the airport.

Great apartment and awesome location

This apartment is very comfortable, with modern amenities in a beautiful historic building. The location on the canal is excellent, with restaurants and bars nearby, a short walk from the vaporetto stops and easy walking distance to most parts of Venice.

Great central location, yet quiet

This lovely property is tucked into the Cannaregio residential neighborhood. Close to the action, but very quiet at night. The canal out front was scenic with different types of boats navigating throughout the day. Would stay here again.

we absolutely loved it. We stayed in Venice three times total and it is by far our favorite place. Great location, clean, quiet, excellent choice. Very happy we stayed there for four nights in Venice. It has everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Great place to stay in Venice!

We loved the location of this property. It is away from the crazy tourist area. There are lovely restaurants right nearby. We were greeted personally when we arrived and provided with lots of information about what to do in the area.

Introduction to Venice

We absolutely loved our stay at Casa di Michiel. The apartment was very clean and modern. The location was perfect for our first time visiting Venice. Close to many restaurants and areas to visit, yet not overly crowded. We loved everything about our stay. I would definitely recommend Casa di Michiel. A Great Location

We really appreciated being in Cannaregio, out of the main tourist areas but near everything including good non-touristy restaurants. The apartment owner, Giovanna, went out of her way to help us with our luggage the last night of our stay -- she's the best!

Excellent location

The property is well located nearby to popular wine bars and restaurants. It has all the facilities you would need, and they are modern and well maintained. It is a 10/15 minute walk to the Rialto and St Marks Square, depending on how much time you spend taking in the sights on the way. Giovanna was a most helpful host.

A gem of an apartment

We loved staying here! The apartment in an historic building with a view of the canal was clean, easy to get to. It was warm and spacious and had a lovely bathroom and very comfortable beds! The host Giovanna was so friendly and accommodating! Look no further if you want to come to Venice and live like a local!

Perfect Flat for Venice!

Excellent flat right on the canal in a less touristy area. Many restaurants right out the front door and a few grocery stores very close by. We stayed for 25 days and was perfect to relax in after days of sightseeing. The flat has everything you need and the air conditioners in both the living room and bedroom were much appreciated in the hot, humid summer days. Would absolutely stay again!

Location Location

Beautifully appointed apartment overlooking canal in one of the best areas of Venice. So nice to be able to relax in your own apartment with all modern furnishings that you could ask for. Busy enough but away from main hustle . Restaurants around and shopping . Great 20 min walk to San Marc’s Piazza through the many winding alleyways.

Great location & fantastic apartment

This unit was incredible! The historic first floor apartment is clean & well maintained. It has been tastefully renovated creating an open concept in the living room/ dining/ kitchen area. There are two windows facing and opening up to the canal allowing vast amounts of light, opportunity to hear & see the boats/ people waking past & enjoying the restaurants. Once the windows are closed, you can barely hear anything. In the living room area, there is a huge & extremely comfortable couch, two modern leather chairs, bookcase & art on the wall. A pleasant room to relax in. The kitchen has everything you need to cook a meal, clean up after, coffee provided & some spices. The primary bedroom has a queen sized bed, extremely comfortable and quiet (farthest away from the street). There is a window that provides fresh air & ample light. The 2nd bedroom has a single bed with a window that is also very quiet & bright. The bathroom is large, has a walk-in shower (no soap or shampoo provided), large sink with small counter, a clothes washer & drying rack. The location of the apartment is fantastic as it’s close to the main tourist areas. There are numerous restaurants to choose from. The apartment is extremely secure & the area feels safe. It is about 15 minute walk from the train station. We highly recommend and would come back.

A perfect location in Venice

We very much enjoyed our stay at Casa Michiel. The apartment looks out over a canal and lively sidewalk. Staying here, you almost feel like you are part of the neighborhood. It is a short walk to the vaporetto that takes you to the islands and all the “sites”. Great restaurants are mere steps away. I look forward to returning.

Delightful location

This was a lovely apartment in a delightful location away from the crowds in other parts of Venice. It was clean and cozy, with two bedrooms and a modern bathroom. Good restaurants were close by, as well as a grocery store, and we could easily get to Murano to see the glasswork there. Giovanna was a wonderful host and quick communicator. The only issue we had during out stay was that the a/c was inconsistent and it was hot during our few days there. There are screens on the bedroom windows which allowed us to open them without worrying about mosquitos.
