stunning historic MGM 1920s cottage- loved everything about it but cleanliness WAS an issue- i had contacted them before arriving after reading previous reviews and they assured me it would be clean but we still found a dirty bathroom floor upstairs. When i notified them and told them that I cleaned it myself I asked for a cleaning fee credit but never got a response from the manager.

Amazing property in a great location!

We had so much fun staying at this fantastic home which is in such a great neighborhood. We walked to so many great restaurants, shops and bars. The communication with the hosts was also perfect. Thanks for hosting us for a really fun LA weekend.

Culver City Bungalow

Location is great. Couple of issues, like 4 kitchen chairs for a house that is supposed to accommodate 6 people. Towel quality and quantity were not great. Couch in the living room is terrible. There was sand in the bed in the master bedroom.

Packer weekend

This is a great location close to LA and sofi stadium, shopping. The cutest bungalow with so much character! Beautiful decor. Cozy with nice outdoor space. Culver City has become our favorite place to stay.

Quiet Historic Location

Cute space overall. Nice location. Not as clean as we would expect considering the size of the cleaning fee. Mold on bedroom rug with multiple stains. Just looked dirty. Mold or mildew at the tub tile joint and in the tile grout upstairs. Door edges had black fingerprints. Cabinet fronts were dirty. Downstairs bath exhaust did not work, and the plumbing drain for the upstairs bath ran through the downstairs bedroom very loudly at night. Toaster side was melted and seamed dangerous.

Great Location

The property was great for our needs. We were visiting family who live a few blocks away. The location of this property is perfect for walking access to restaurants, groceries, and shops. Also easy access to freeways. The cleanliness was good, not great. We had a 1year old with us so we’re a bit more discerning. The parking situation can be a bit challenging depending on the size of your car. The communication with the host was excellent. They were quick to respond and addressed all our needs. It’s a beautiful property, great kitchen and outdoor seating is very nice.

Great location

Very good location and very cute house. I do wish they would have said in the original listing that no shoes are allowed in the house. I do not like walking around with no shoes on.

Red Awning should be Red Flag

This property has a number of issues the photos do not show, chief among them is cleanliness. The surface cleaning in the bathrooms(hair on walls and other odd places) and kitchen(a few dirty kitchen tools) was mostly adequate. The rugs and couch were filthy, which made the shoes off policy(we did)seem optional at best. My credit card was charged for the balance of my stay a couple weeks earlier than expected. The E-car charger, a feature in the property description, was not available, then it was - we opted to drive our gas powered vehicle because we did not trust the charger would be there. They(management?In the House Rules) seemed particularly adverse to anyone extra being at the property(I completely understand no parties), in an effort to be a responsible guest, I mentioned that a couple family members would be visiting during the day only for a couple of the days of our stay. I was then grilled about the exact number of people and the specific hours/days they would be visiting. All this after I explained we were on a family trip. I felt very unwelcome and watched, I considered canceling my reservation at that point. On the positive side, my requests for more towels and a coffee maker were promptly addressed, thank you. This is a very cute property, in a nice location that is not being managed well. I cannot recommend.
