This spacious 4-bedroom, 3 full bathroom home, is perfect for families or groups looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay.

- 3 bedrooms on 2nd floor
King bed with ensuite

- Bonus Room
- Attached double garage
- Double car driveway
- Central Air conditioning
* Landscaping not completed at this time as this is a new build *
This is a fully detached home with a double attached garage.
You will have access to the entire main floor & 2nd floor.
Basement remains unfinished and not accessible to guests at this time.
Landscaping is still in progress due to this being a new build.
Will update the listing as exterior items get completed.
All check-in details & smart lock door code will be provided 2 days prior to your arrival.

I never had to do this with other bookings, why do I need to complete this verification process ?
With the rise in fraudulent bookings, stolen identifications, and credit card fraud we have had to implement these extra measures to screen out and validate all guests similar to that of any hotel to ensure we can screen out fraudulent activity.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
BROKEN HOUSE RULES FEE SCHEDULE :
* Smoking / vaping in the home = $300
* Unapproved pets= $300
* Pet feces in yard (if applicable) = $100
* Late checkout = $100
* Additional cleaning = $50/hr
* Unapproved parties = $500
* Lost garage opener= $100
**Stays longer than 28 days will be subject to an additional cleaning fee of $60. In addition, the host will provide up to one month worth of essential supplies. Once supplies run out, the guest will be responsible for any additional supplies needed.
Please remember that you're staying in our home, not a hotel. Please treat the place with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7. If property issues are brought up at the end of the stay, no refunds will be applied, as it was not brought to our attention to address.
