Dreamcatcher: Stunning 4BR Beach House with Private Beach, Pier, and Gulf Views
Dreamcatcher captures the essence of a southern beach house, providing your family with the beach getaway of your dreams. This stunning, two-story waterfront home on the sound side boasts four bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and sleeps up to 14 guests.
The house opens up to a spacious common area on the first floor with an open layout living room, dining space, and kitchen. The living area provides views of the sound-side beach through large windows, with a cozy sectional and TV for entertainment. Behind the sectional, the dining table allows guests to dine with a view of the beach. The fully equipped kitchen features a large island that can function as a seating space for six or a large meal prep area. A half-bathroom is conveniently located under the stairs in the common space. The laundry room, located behind the kitchen, offers guests a dedicated washer and dryer as well as counter space for folding clothes.
The NW Master Suite is the only bedroom on the first floor and includes a king bed, large flat-screen TV, dresser, private bathroom with closet, and direct access to the back porch next to the hot tub. The private bathroom features a double vanity, with the shower stall and toilet behind a privacy door.
The second floor opens with a family/media room equipped with an 85" TV, a sleeper sofa that pulls out to a queen bed, a twin-over-twin bunk bed, a daybed with trundle, and access to the second-floor balcony facing the sound-side beach. The SE King Suite offers a king bed, dresser, TV, closet, a shared bathroom, and access to a private balcony facing the gulf. The SE shared bathroom has a shower stall accessible from the family room and the king suite. The SW Queen Suite includes a queen bed, TV, dresser, closet, and shared bathroom. The W Shared bathroom features a double vanity and shower-tub combo with the toilet behind a privacy door. The NW Queen Suite offers a queen bed, dresser, TV, closet, shared bathroom, and beach view.
Outside Dreamcatcher, guests can enjoy views of the gulf or sound beaches from the wraparound porch. The back porch features a hot tub facing the sound-side beach, a covered sitting area, and access to the boardwalk leading to the private sound-side beach and two-tier pier. The pier includes a ladder into the sound-side water, a second-story observation deck, an outdoor shower, and plenty of space for fishing and crabbing. Under the house, a covered area with a screened porch section and an outdoor shower with hot water provides additional relaxation space.
Dreamcatcher is located right off Bienville Blvd. Guests can enjoy the private sound-side beach, known for its gentle slope and current, making it an ideal swimming environment for younger children. A short walk provides access to the gulf-side beaches from Tonty Ct, or a 2-minute drive (0.5 miles) takes you to the West End Public Beach.
As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully-outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is NOT pet-friendly.
