Sea View Cottage: Charming 3/2 Gulf View Beach House

Sea View Cottage is a charming 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom Gulf View beach house that sleeps 6 and is just a 3-minute walk to the gulf side beach.

The cottage opens to a common area featuring a high-top dining table that seats 4 and a fully equipped U-shaped kitchen with a dishwasher, stove/oven, microwave, fridge, and countertop appliances like a blender, toaster, and both Keurig and drip coffee makers. The living area offers two large recliners and a couch, perfect for watching TV or enjoying the beach view. A connected laundry room adds convenience.

The SW Master suite includes a king-sized bed, TV, dresser, closet, and a private bathroom with a tub-shower combo. The NW Queen room has a queen bed, TV, and closet. The NE queen room, with a TV and closet, also offers a window with a beach view. A common bathroom with a shower-tub combo is situated between the two queen rooms.

Outside, the wrap-around porch provides a wide view of the beach, featuring a covered area with a table and chairs for relaxing or dining. A large outdoor dining table seats 6, and two lounge chairs are positioned at the end of the deck for sunbathing.

Sea View Cottage is located on the west end of Dauphin Island, as the first house on the left on Ponce de Leon Ct. The view behind the house opens to a vast area leading to the gulf side beach, accessible via a quick 3-minute walk down Ponce de Leon to the white sandy beaches of the Alabama Gulf Coast.

As with all of our Dauphin Island Beach Rentals, all linens and towels are provided, WIFI, along with a fully outfitted kitchen. There will be a starter pack of toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags; please plan on bringing more for day 2 ;). A great beach vacation is waiting on you!

Please note the following:
1. Minimum Age for the Primary Renter is 25, and Primary Renter must be present for the entire stay.
2. Maximum Occupancy numbers include Children 3 and over and cannot be exceeded at any time.
3. All of our Homes are Non-Smoking.
4. A signed Rental Agreement is Required, which contains additional Rules and Guidance.
5. This property does not allow weddings or parties.
6. Check-in time is 3 pm, and check-out time is 10 am.
7. Start dishes and linens before departure.
8. Take the trash can to the street on Tuesday night and Friday night.
9. This home is pet-friendly, dogs only, 2-Pet Maximum Limit - $100 pet fee per pet plus tax applies.
