The Space:

Magnificent views and unparalleled relaxation await at this Gulf side dream home! It's been completely updated and offers a gorgeous open floor plan will wow everyone. You'll love the stylish whitewashed tongue and groove ceilings and walls, along with all nine-foot ceilings. The open living space flows for the perfect entertainers' venue! The huge kitchen offers tons of solid wood cabinets, an expansive island with five bar stools, new stainless appliances, and opens to a nice casual dining space and family room. The dining table seats six people comfortably, and the family room comes equipped with two sofas, two armchairs, and a flatscreen TV with cable. There's also a full-size laundry room with a washer/dryer. All appliances and furniture are included.



This excellent home offers four spacious bedrooms, including two en suite bathrooms, and two with shared bathrooms. The primary main suite offers a walk-in shower and double vessel sink vanity, with a large walk-in closet too. The other main bedroom offers a tub/shower combo and a single vanity. Enjoy prime outdoor moments and let the sea breezes flow with the expansive decks and covered porch facing the beach, and you'll never want to leave!

As you make your way to downtown Dauphin Island, you'll find a handful of incredible restaurants, Bienville Beach, the Isle Dauphine Golf Club, and the Jeremiah Denton Airport. The Audubon Bird Sanctuary is only three and a half miles away and has one of the most gorgeous trails and sightseeing on Dauphin Island!

It was very relaxing watching the waves on the deck. It was wonderful to be able to bring our dog on the beach, as well as being able to let her be on the deck with it being fenced in. The house was spacious and beautiful!

Great for a group or individual family!

We stayed here as a family of 3. We obviously did not need all the space but a majority of beach access homes on Dauphin Island are quite large. We chose this home because it was more affordable for a single family but still all the great amenities you can ask for on the beach.

Beautiful Ocean View Home

Absolutely loved it! Stayed with my Mom and two toddlers. Just a few steps from the porch to the ocean. Home was stunning, bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces so comfortable. Very family friendly. We will be back soon!

Location to the beach is perfect, and the house is nice. This is our second visit to this house, and this time the washer was finicky, dryer didn't heat well, and dishwasher didn't clean. Inconveniences, but overall enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay. House is great! Super clean, everything as advertised. It had everything we needed. Constructive suggestions: -please check and secure the railing on stairs and porches. My 80 yr old mother had a tough time with the stairs because lift was not available to use. If someone has children they could possibly push to hard and fall. Just normal maintenance. Other than that, everything was great!!!! Thank you!!

The beach and the views from the house were perfect. It was easy to get to the beach. My biggest complaint of the house was that it was not as well stocked as we expected. It was very disorganized. The fridge had shelf’s missing in the door. We had to call because there was no skillet. There was also no vacuum cleaner. The bathroom was not well stocked with towels. On our last day we find a bunch of towels in the dryer?!?!? The beach towels that we were promised were in the dryer! There were at least 15 towels in the dryer. No one told us they were there. We just made do with what we had. There was no kitchen towel!!! We had to go buy one. There were no trash bags provided in the kitchen. There was an electric griddle but there wasn’t a power cord. Other than these things, we enjoyed our stay. Everything worked. We would definitely return as long as these issues were addressed!!! We appreciate being able to bring our two dogs. They had a blast! On the whole it was a wonderful place. Very comfortable. All though there were only two of us this trip there was plenty of room. It was very spacious. We would consider bringing others with us!!!! Thanks for your hospitality!! We love Dauphin Island. This won’t be our last visit!

Was alright

Was a nice house with a good layout. Nice short walk to the beach which is the reason for going but could use some maintenance. There are a few lights burnt out and some flickering, the motion sensor light flickers like a strobe light. The dishwasher leaks sometimes out of the lower left corner. The pics of the house are misleading which is disheartening when you first pull up and its not what you expect, it doesn't show there is a huge two story house blocking the view of the beach. Could use trash cans in bathrooms.The washer and dryer do not function properly. And there where some roaches around the house. Probably needs sprayed.The ac struggled to keep up never shut off.
