Two Bedroom Villa in the Hunter Valley
Nestled amongst some of the most premium Hunter Valley wine producers and set against the Broken Back Mountain Range, sits this privately managed villa. Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.
The two bedroom villa comes complete with an open plan kitchen / living / dining space which leads to a leafy balcony with views across to the golf course fairways. The modern kitchen features beautiful stone benchtops, oven, glass electric cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and all the basic cooking utensils, pots, pans, condiments and cleaning supplies you could need for your stay.
Relax in the loungeroom, cosy up on the lounges and flick on the wall mounted TV when it is time to chill, or curl up with a good book. Or, open up the sliding doors, step out onto the back balcony and enjoy the fresh air of the Hunter Valley; you might even by lucky enough to spot the resident kangaroos, kookaburras and koalas!
There are two spacious, robed bedrooms complimented, of course, by crisp linen and fresh bath towels. Both bedrooms feature their own spacious modern ensuite, and the comforts of ceiling fans, air-conditioning and TV's in both bedrooms. A third sofa bed is also available, folding out from a comfortable lounge, accommodating two additional guests. There is also a Euro laundry with washer, dryer, clothing rack, ironing board and iron, perfect if you need to throw a load of washing through during your stay, and an additional separate toilet downstairs. Free parking is available out the front of the villa, a dedicated workspace is perfect for 'working from home'.
Please note: this villa is privately owned and managed. Securing a reservation with us affords unlimited access to the adjoining public bar & restaurant and the Owners Hillside Pool only. It unfortunately does not afford guests access to the adjoining resort run pool or gym. Rounds of golf and tennis court hire can be arranged directly through the Pro Shop at the Resort. If you feel like ranging further from your home away from home, you are within just a short drive to Hunter Valley Gardens, Hunter Valley Ballooning, countless vineyard tours, Hunter Valley Zoo and horse riding adventures.
This unique villa really does deliver the perfect combination of relaxing accommodation and incredible destination. Located within only 30kms to Sydney Airport, but you will feel worlds away during your stay in the picturesque Hunter Valley.

Check in is available from 3pm with check out at the standard 10am.
We offer the flexible option of self-check-in and ease of communication to ensure the process is as simple as can be.

When you arrive to the resort, you will see a reception desk for 'Oaks' Cypress Lakes Resort, please do not see them for any check-ins, issues etc as they do not manage this unit. This property is privately managed directly through us so please reach out to us for your needs. Please note, Maison Property Management does not have on-site staff / hotel staff / reception at the property.
Resort Facilities
This villa is privately owned and managed. Securing a reservation with us affords unlimited access to the adjoining public bar & restaurant and the Owners Hillside Pool only. It unfortunately does not afford guests access to the resort run pool or gym. Rounds of golf and tennis court hire can be arranged directly through the Pro Shop at the Resort.
Early Check in and Late Check Out
We understand how holidays, work trips and family or friend get togethers work and how travel can be tricky. We are happy to attempt to accommodate requests for early check ins and late check outs but, it is all about communication so please advise in your booking request if you would like us to consider this. If we have not discussed early arrival or the possibility of you checking out late we will proceed with business as usual…which includes our cleaners arriving bright and early.
No parties or events
We want you to enjoy your stay but we also respect our neighbours and wish to keep noise to a minimum.
