Tulloch Lodge is nestled within Cypress Lakes Resort. This beautiful 2-bedroom townhouse is warm & welcoming, & perfect for a romantic escape, couplesâ weekend, or golfers dream. Surrounded by bushland & the Cypress Lakes Golf Course you are guaranteed to see native birds, wildlife, & the occasional golf cart. Situated in the heart of Pokolbin you are only 5 min from Cessnock, 2.5hrs from Sydney, & 2 mins from an array of vineyards, cafes, restaurants, & all the Hunter Valley has to offer.
The space
This warm and welcoming townhouse offers a fully equipped kitchen, spacious open planned living and dining area which opens out onto the enclosed rear balcony perfect for enjoying your morning tea or coffee, as you plan your day.
- 2 Bedroom Villa â open plan living, dining, kitchen area on lower level.
Bedroom1 - King size bed, storage, TV, AC, and full ensuite. On upper level.
Bedroom 2 - King size bed, storage, TV, AC, half ensuite. On upper level.
*Bed 3 - Lounge folds out into a double bed. On lower level.
- Separate toilet on the lower level.
- Air conditioning and Wi-Fi available.
- Fully equipped kitchen.
- European laundry in kitchen area.
- Walking distance to Cypress Lakes Resort and Golf Course.
This two-bedroom villa has all the amenities required for a comfortable stay. After a day exploring the area, relax on the balcony with a glass of your favourite beverage be it a coffee, tea, a fragrant Hunter Valley wine or a boutique beer whilst you decide what is for dinner.
As you will find the property is perfectly located regardless of what you want to do. With easy access to Newcastle and the Hunter Valley plus surrounding historic towns, or the many attractions the region has to offer, all you must do is decide what to do next⊠Or if you will leave the golf course đ

As the property is in a resort area, we have a strict 'No parties or Events' policy and ask that all guests respect the surrounding Villas by keeping noise to a minimum, particularly at night.
Guest access
Guests have access to the whole property. However there is a locked cupboard under the stairs that guests are not to access.

Body Corporate/Strata By Laws
Guests and guests visitors must acknowledge and follow the body corporate/strata by-laws and house rules. Some by-law breaches result in fines from the body corporate/strata which will be passed onto the guest.
This property is located within the prestigious Cypress Lakes Resort, and we kindly ask guests to respect the privacy and peaceful living of our neighbours.
~STRICTLY NO PETS~
Under the Body Corporate/Strata By-laws we cannot accommodate pets of any kind. Please do not message and ask if you can bring your well behaved pet along, we will not be able to accommodate your request.
Wifi is provided complimentary on behalf of the owner. It is intended to be used in an appropriate manner by all guests. As the service is provided by an external 3rd party, we cannot and do not guarantee the speed or efficacy of this property's wifi connection nor do we pay any compensation for interruption of service for any reason.
Limited amounts of essential items such as dishwashing liquid/tablets, laundry powder, toilet paper and the like have been provided. The kitchen contains basic items for guests (tea, coffee, sugar, cling wrap etc.) usually enough for a 2-night stay. Milk/coffee pods are not supplied as everyone's preferences are different. During your stay, these will not be replenished, so if you require more of these items you will have to purchase them.
**No pool/beach towels are supplied. You will need to bring your own.
Guests can use the Public/Owners Pool within Cypress Lake complex. The public/owners pool is close to the villa and directions are noted within the property manual. The resort pool and facilities of Cypress Lakes Resort, are not assessable by guests or included with your booking.
If you have any requirements it is best to contact before booking to ensure the property has what you require, or so you can pack them for your trip if it doesn't.
