Home Has Potential But Was Unsatisfactory
The home worked for our large family but unfortunately we had a bad experience from the time we arrived. When we arrived at 3:35 pm, the cleaning ladies were still there and didn't leave for another hour after our arrival. The kitchen didn't have a lot of supplies. No knives (at all), no dish towels, 1 roll of paper towels and a pan that had the non-stick coating peeling off the entire pan. The bathrooms had 2 bath towels in each bathroom. For a group of 10, that didn't work out so well. There were no extra towels in the house. Their security system beeped the whole 3 days we were there. They told me to lower the volume, but there wasn't a volume to lower. The property management co. accused me of having 16-18 people at the house. THAT NEVER HAPPENED and they can look at the camera if needed. They also said the neighbors complained that we had one car parked in the street and wanted us to move it. It almost felt like I was being harassed. Last but not least, the smoke alarm had a low battery, so it beeped for 10 hours every 3 minutes before I threatened to not pay for our last night there. They finally sent someone out at 8:30 pm to change the batteries. My 90 yr old father and his 88 year old sister were there to see each other for a visit. The house was a nice space, but the owners really need to add more house supplies and knives for cooking, and have their prop mngt company stop making false accusations and respond to issues in a timely manner.
