You will be a short walk away from Berry’s delightful cafes, boutique shops, and delicious restaurants and be able to explore at your leisure.

Acorn Cottage is a new cottage and offers exceptional amenities. The cottage is set back from Queen Street and incredibly quiet. There is one small step at the front door from the driveway and there are no other stairs. On entering the driveway, you will have the use of a double garage with direct access to the cottage. There is also room for parking additional cars in the driveway.

On arrival, you will enter into a beautiful modern open plan kitchen/dining/family room. The well-equipped kitchen includes a Smeg oven and stove top, beverage cabinet, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer. There is a gorgeous 8-seater Hampton style dining table and chairs for family and friend gatherings including everything you would need to entertain. A Hampton style bookcase fills the room and includes fun games for all ages, a wide variety of books and jigsaw puzzles to challenge all ages. A warm inviting Scandia fireplace is ready to warm you on those cool evenings.

You can easily unwind in the inviting living spaces which includes a separate family room with a 65-inch Smart TV to watch all your favourite shows. There is a master bedroom with a king bed and walk-in wardrobes and a separate ensuite. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and the third bedroom has two king single beds and both have large modern built-in cupboards. There is a modern main bathroom where you can soak in a large freestanding bath. Both bathrooms have heated towel racks and underfloor heating. The cottage has ducted air conditioning throughout which can be adjusted for separate zones. There are ceiling fans in all rooms.

There is a covered alfresco area for relaxing near your own private oasis plunge pool which offers a perfect way to unwind. Beautiful beach towels are provided.
