Welcome to Seascape Views.
We are 30km North of Auckland overlooking Manly out to Kawau and a 15 minute drive to Shakespeare Regional Park and Gulf Harbour. It is a short walk to the lovely Manly Beach that you can see from your deck. We are located close to shops, cafes and restaurants, golf courses and there is a bus stop at the top of the drive. Relax at our tranquil getaway . Sit on the deck with a cuppa or a wine and soak in the lovely sea view and tuis in the surrounding trees.

The space
You have your own private lounge, bedroom, bathroom and kitchenette . The kitchenette has bench top oven with two elements, microwave, electric jug, toaster, coffee maker and all crockery cutlery to make your stay comfortable. It has a lovely deck area with a small table and chairs outside.
The lounge has TV and a comfortable lounge suite for you to relax. The bedroom is a spacious area with lovely comfortable queen size bed, cane 2 seater couch, double wardrobe, chest of drawers and a small desk for laptop if required . Free wifi is available

Free parking is available
We have a shared driveway but we are the only house on the left handside down the driveway. Turn left just before the house and free parking is straight ahead in front of the small garden and very close to the Airbnb entrance. There is a lock box beside the kitchen door for your entrance

The complete deck downstairs is for your use and you are welcome to use the putting green in the garden.
Your self contained area is located on the bottom floor of our home but has
your own entrance and completely private to the main house .

Other things to note
We do not charge for cleaning after your stay
We would appreciate if you could leave the space tidy
Basic breakfast provisions are provided for you to enjoy during the beginning of your stay
