Plenitude Villa’s majestic Villa Music City is in Solterra Resort in beautiful Davenport, Florida, and close to several attractions being less than twenty minutes away from Walt Disney World and its attractions. This location is also close to Universal Studios, Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park Zip Line, and the Providence Golf Course.
This amazing Villa will be able to comfortably accommodate up to Thirty guests with fourteen bedrooms and 14,5 bathrooms and is the very definition of luxurious living while on vacation.
The property features 14 plush bedrooms with Smart 4k TVs and cozy carpeted floors, including 12 king beds and 4 full-over-full bunks in the 2 kids’ rooms, comfortably accommodating large families and groups up to 40 people. Experience the perfect home theater night with the 4k 120-inch LED TV screen in the spacious living room with premium quality audio-system that can entertain your guests with the most immersive viewing experience. Indulge in your own private bowling alley with two lanes and a range of other games including pool table, air hockey table, basketball hoops, water truck, arcade games, and more, perfect for bonding and creating memories with your loved ones. The villa’s unique theme and amenities have been featured by the News 6 at Nine news channel.

Enjoy the sunshine in the large private swimming pool and spa with resort-style sun loungers and seating. If you prefer outdoor cooking, use the private family BBQ grill next to the pool for a fee.

Other amenities include two refrigerators, two sets of full-sized washers and dryers, and free Wi-Fi and internet. You can also request mid-stay cleaning and daily turn-down services to enhance your stay.
The kitchen includes a stove, oven, microwave, and refrigerator and connects to the nearby dining area. All dishware, cutlery, pots and pans and glasses will be provided for you upon your arrival.
This property has built in central air conditioning and free high-speed WI-FI internet. Your safety and security are our utmost priority, and the door comes equipped with an electronic lock and code.
Villa Music City also has access to laundry facilities with both a washer and dryer as well as an iron and ironing board, hair dryer and towels.
Pool heating or hot tub can be added as an additional service to the reservation, subject to an additional cost of Fifty ($50.00) dollars a night with a minimum rental of seven (7) days and forty-eight (48) hours’ notice prior to the check in date.

Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am sharp.
Each bathroom will be provided some small toiletries including one free item of soap, toilet paper, garbage bag, dish detergent and roll of paper towel. There are supermarkets and grocery stores in the area for all your additional needs.

POOL HEATING FYI:
*The heater is set to a maximum of 95F, which is a standard, we cannot make it warmer.
*It doesn't warm up the water instantly, it takes time for it to get to its max set up heating temperature.
*The pool and jacuzzi are heated by the same heater, so they'll both get to the same temperature.
*The heater does not work as a hotel/resort's heater, it will make the water warm, not hot, since it is designed to be used on smaller pools, it makes the water equally warm on both the Pool and Jacuzzi.
*On cold, cloudy, and rainy days, the water will take longer to heat up completely.
* Under these conditions, the surface water of the pool will also be colder due to the climate.

HOUSEKEEPING:
All of Plenitude Villas properties are thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company before you check in. If you’d like cleaning services during your stay, it can be requested for an additional fee. Clean sheets and towels will be provided for you upon your arrival.

FOOD:
Due to Florida’s laws, no open food can be left in our properties and will be discarded after your stay.

GARBAGE / TRASH DISPOSAL:
Garbage or trash pickup occurs daily. Please ensure your garbage is disposed of properly in the designated areas.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
There will be additional costs for providing repairs to damages, additional cleaning or any of the circumstances which are listed below:
• Check out after 10 am or “late check out” is considered an extra day charge. Please vacate the premises before 10 am.
• There is a five hundred ($500.00) dollar smoking fine if applicable.
• There is a pet fee of one hundred and fifty dollar ($150.00) if applicable.
• Excess garbage/trash fee is seventy-five dollars ($75.00)
• Air conditioning damage is one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) if applicable.
• Emergency plumbing for clogs is seventy-five dollars ($75.00)
• Parties can be subject to a one thousand ($1000.00) dollar penalty
• Extra guests can be subject to a one hundred ($100.00) dollar penalty per person.
• Leisure Patron Amenity Access Fee - One time fee per house per reservation :
1-12 Guests = $35
13+ Guests = $45
