Plenitude Villa’s majestic Villa Safari is in Veranda Palms in beautiful Kissimmee, Florida, and close to several attractions being less than half-hour away from Walt Disney World.This location is also close to Universal Studios, Orlando Tree Trek Adventure Park Zip Line, and the Providence Golf Course.

There are 12 rooms with king beds; 1 room with 2 full-over-full bunk beds; and 1 room with 1 full-over-full and 1 full-sized bed, for a total number of beds: 19. the house sleeps up to 38 people.
The first floor rooms are named after wild animals, including the cheetah, Lion King (master), and Safari (master). And that’s just the beginning of our villa’s many amenities, which include a pool table, arcade games, and a state-of-the-art home theater with a 4k 120-inch TV screen in the living room. The open-concept living room space is perfect for entertaining, complete with a premium quality audio-system that will delight your guests. Due to its unique theme and amenities, the Safari villa was featured by Paging Mr. Morrow.

All 14 of our bedrooms feature Smart 4k TVs and comfortable, carpeted floors. And with two refrigerators, two sets of full-sized washers and dryers, and free Wi-Fi and internet, our villa has everything you need to relax and enjoy your stay. Take a dip in our large private swimming pool and spa, which can be heated upon request, or simply lounge in the resort-style sun loungers and seating. We also have a private family BBQ grill next to the pool for your convenience.

The villa has plenty of open space for group gatherings, including a massive Kitchen Island with additional chairs for the group to enjoy quality meals together. The Kitchen is fully equipped for the most discerning chef, so you can create delicious meals with ease.

And if you want to make your stay even more luxurious, we offer additional services that you can request, including mid-stay cleaning and daily turn-down service.

Pool heating or hot tub can be added as an additional service to the reservation, subject to an additional cost of fiffty ($50.00) dollars a night with a minimum rental of seven (7) days and forty-eight (48) hours’ notice prior to the check in date.

Check in time is 4 pm and check out time is 10 am sharp.
Each bathroom will be provided some small toiletries including one free item of soap, toilet paper, garbage bag, dish detergent and roll of paper towel. There are supermarkets and grocery stores in the area for all your additional needs.

POOL HEATING FYI:
*The heater is set to a maximum of 95F, which is a standard, we cannot make it warmer.
*It doesn't warm up the water instantly, it takes time for it to get to its max set up heating temperature.
*The pool and jacuzzi are heated by the same heater, so they'll both get to the same temperature.
*The heater does not work as a hotel/resort's heater, it will make the water warm, not hot, since it is designed to be used on smaller pools, it makes the water equally warm on both the Pool and Jacuzzi.
*On cold, cloudy, and rainy days, the water will take longer to heat up completely.
* Under these conditions, the surface water of the pool will also be colder due to the climate.

HOUSEKEEPING:
All of Plenitude Villas properties are thoroughly cleaned and inspected by a professional cleaning company before you check in. If you’d like cleaning services during your stay, it can be requested for an additional fee. Clean sheets and towels will be provided for you upon your arrival.

FOOD:
Due to Florida’s laws, no open food can be left in our properties and will be discarded after your stay.

GARBAGE / TRASH DISPOSAL:
Garbage or trash pickup occurs daily. Please ensure your garbage is disposed of properly in the designated areas.

ADDITIONAL CHARGES:
There will be additional costs for providing repairs to damages, additional cleaning or any of the circumstances which are listed below:
• Check out after 10 am or “late check out” is considered an extra day charge. Please vacate the premises before 10 am.
• There is a five hundred ($500.00) dollar smoking fine if applicable.
• There is a pet fee of one hundred and fifty dollar ($150.00) if applicable.
• Excess garbage/trash fee is seventy-five dollars ($75.00)
• Air conditioning damage is one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) if applicable.
• Emergency plumbing for clogs is seventy-five dollars ($75.00)
• Parties can be subject to a one thousand ($1000.00) dollar penalty
• Extra guests can be subject to a one hundred ($100.00) dollar penalty per person.

To avoid additional charges, we ask that you leave our homes in the same conditions as when you arrive.
