Our Family Vacation
We book this property and the one next door. The house was beautiful, but unfortunately to start off the trip I had people waiting outside of the house for almost 30 minutes because the welcome message with the code to the house was not sent to me. after we were in the house, they were just a few general things that we had to go back-and-forth from each house and move such as dishes and knives because there werenât enough in one house. we could not get either theater room to work in either house even with following the directions left there at the house but honestly the biggest issue I had with the whole trip was the house was set for the AC not to be lower than 74 and someoneâs normal house I think that would be fine but not in a vacation house with 25 people in the middle of summer. they did make me aware that windows and doors need to be closed in order for the AC to stay on but even at night with that many people in one house in Florida. It was still hot and in my room the fan would not work, and I did make the host aware of it, but was never sent any kind of fan or the maintenance people ever came out to take a look at it so I basically had to sweat for the next three nights of sleep. Of course thereâs always good in bed to places. The house was beautiful bedrooms were clean. The pools were nice. The resort was amazing and very nice things to do around the area but unfortunately, I donât think I would rent here again.
