The living room features a built-in teak retractable room divider to pull out for privacy when you sleep, a new 65-inch LG high def tv with cable & streaming, a Queen Sleep Sofa with new mattress and sliders to a private balcony with tiled floor, overlooking the dunes with views of the Atlantic Ocean. The bedroom features a king bed with a new BeautyRest Hybrid king mattress and a new 55-inch LG high def tv with streaming capabilities. Wifi & internet included. The hall bath features a tub/shower combo. This property rents Saturday-Saturday all season, except for 7/5-12 which is a Sunday-Sunday.
Guest have use of the storage locker with some beach equipment. Secured building with 1 assigned parking space, and a coin operated laundry facility.
Guests supply sheets, bath towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package includes a sheet set including pillowcases for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Non-smoking/Non-Vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
