Sea Watch est l'un des plus beaux complexes de condominiums de Ocean City. Il est idéalement situé sur la 115e St et Coastal Hwy. Unité de l'océan qui se trouve à proximité de magasins, restaurants, cinéma et bien sûr la plage. Nombreuses commodités du bâtiment comprennent: piscine intérieure chauffée, en plein air et le bébé / enfant piscine, courts de tennis, terrain de basket, terrain de beach volley, aire de jeux bien équipée, salle de billard, centre de fitness, saunas, salle de jeux, boutiques de cadeaux, collation et magasin de soude , salle de cinéma / cinéma et une belle cour intérieure.
Le bâtiment comprend 24 heures de sécurité et de maintenance.

2 chambres plus den, deux unités de bain 6 personnes confortablement et est équipé d'une cuisine complète, laveuse / sécheuse, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, de la climatisation centrale, TV, lecteur DVD, chaînes du câble et de l'accès Internet sans fil gratuit à la copropriété et de certaines zones en le bâtiment tels que le hall, cour et d'autres domaines. Great place on the beach!

This was a great little condo on the beach. The condo was clean and communications with Vina and Jerry was always easy. Check-in was super easy and if you need anything Security will be very helpful.The amenities at the Sea Watch are fun for those days when the weather is not perfect or just for a change of pace. Our boys loved the indoor pool.The kitchen was well stocked with supplies which is important to use since we often cook our own meals. Our boys like to still play with their friends online while we are away so good wifi is also important for us and this place had blazing fast speed. This will definitely be a new repeat location for us in OC.

Great stay at the Seawatch!

We loved our stay here as it was our first time at the Seawatch. The condo was great for the kids as well as clean and cozy. We had a blast and plan on coming back. Owners were very helpful and responsive!

This is our second year staying here. The condo is clean and comfortable and is in a great location. Looks even better in person than the pictures and the owners are great to work with. We plan to continue to stay here in the future!

Ocean City vacation

This condo was perfect for us. Nice and relaxing to sit out on the balcony and listen to the waves while reading a book. Beautiful ocean view from the balcony too. We would definitely stay here again!

OC Fall Beach Weekend

Property has excellent panoramic views making it a great location for sunrises and sunsets. It is centrally located near great shopping and restaurants. The unit was very clean, inviting, and comfortable for all ages. The owners were quick to respond to questions. The only issue was some miscommunication concerning towels and linens. I would definitely recommend staying here for your visit to Ocean City.

Great family vacation.

Very nice condo at the Sea Watch. Owners take a lot of pride in there property and it shows. I have stayed in 5 other condos at the Sea Watch and none are as well cared for than this one.

Perfect week

This property was the perfect place for our family beach vacation. The location was perfect the condo was beautiful and the Sea Watch had it all. A great experience

Loved the location. Ammenities at Sea Watch were great! In facility movie theater, in facility access to "Our Place" restaurant, gym, property mgrs were helpful, all were very accomodating, beautiful landscaping, courtyards, etc. Would have loved the out door pool ifvit woukd have been heated. Fabulous overall.

Great stay

Jerry and Vina's condominium is updated and extremely clean. When we had a couple issues, all minor they responded promptly and had had the issue working in no time. Love there place, spent many dinners at Ropewalk, ask for Damir as your waiter, he’s fantastic. Sophia’s had good Italian food also, she was working hard the night we went. Security was consistently walking the ground making sure things were ok all around.

Clean rental with great views of the ocean and bay

This unit was very clean and a perfect size for my family of 4. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The views from the balcony are excellent. There isn't a lot of extra storage in the kitchen for food but that was the only minor downside of our stay. Overall a great experience and would stay here again.

Great rental! Would definitely recommend!

One of the best rentals I’ve had in Ocean City. The condo was even nicer than advertised and great for our kids. The owners were very easy to work with and everything was as expected. It was also very clean and comfortable to be in. Additionally, the building has tons of family friendly amenities which was great for our little kids with short attention spans. We will definitely try to rent this place again.

Great Condo Time

The condo was clean and well furnished. We appreciated the ocean view. The facilities at the complex were great whether you played tennis, billiards, or took in a movie at this building. One thing that could be better were the sofa beds, if any adults would be using them.

Perfect beach vacation

We had a fantastic time staying here for the week. The location is absolutely perfect. Your an elevator ride away from the pools, including a kiddie pool which entertained my 3 and 4 year old boys every day. The beach is right next to the pools so it was easy to go back and forth with the kids when they wanted a break from the sand. The condo was great, my favorite part was the balcony with ocean views and access from the living room and master bedroom. It was so nice to be able to have adult time on the balcony looking at the ocean after the kids went to bed. Restaurants and grocery stores are a 5 minute drive and we were able to get to all of our favorite restaurants super easily from this location. I’m hoping we’ll be able to get back here for another family vacation! The owners are very responsive and easy to reach if needed.

Week stay with teens

Stayed the week. No issues/clean. Wish that linens/towels were provided, but it’s not a deal breaker. Just more for us to pack. The kitchen had everything we needed and we were happy to find umbrellas, beach items in the laundry room. The only complaint was checking in. This was because it was super busy on a Saturday, and security could not handle the amount of people trying to get checked in. Aside from that, everything was fine. Just be aware and have patience….the beach is a busy place.
