À propos de cet hébergement

Beaucoup de nos locataires reviennent année après année. Nous sommes fiers de notre condo et cela se voit. Magnifiquement rénové et bien entretenu. Nouveau en 2015: tapis, meubles de salon comprenant 2 canapés en cuir avec 4 boutons poussoirs fauteuils, meubles de salle à manger, meubles de chambre à coucher de Bayside et les écarts. Cuisine aménagee et appareils et salles de bains.

La chambre principale dispose d'une fenêtre-mur plein pour fournir des vues spectaculaires du lever du soleil à partir de votre lit! Ou de regarder l'activité de la plage depuis le balcon à côté de la salle de séjour.

Les deux chambres ont des bains de TV à écran plat et complètes. Maître a un lit king. Deuxième BR dispose de 2 lits doubles.

Le Golden Sands est considéré comme l'un des condos de premier à Ocean City. Pas besoin de laissez jamais les Golden Sands. L'immense terrasse offre une abondance de salons de plage, tables, piscine pour adultes, piscine pour bébés, des boutiques et un bar tiki délicieux qui sert une excellente cuisine et des boissons. Musique et animations sont proposés plusieurs soirs par semaine, à la grande joie des familles. Volley-ball, jeu de palets, et le tennis sont également «Sur le pont," et il ya même une plage attenante «Privé».

Pas besoin de conduire. Service de bus Terrific est à quelques pas.

Perfect location and condo

We loved staying at golden sands. The location was perfect, and the owner of this condo was the sweetest - we loved every minute of it! My family and I will definitely be back, hopefully soon! :-)

Great location and lots to do oceanfront!

We had a great time staying here. There are two spacious bedrooms and you can't beat the view! Follow the recommendations and do not try to arrive there during check in.

Perfect Place for a Family W/ Young Kids

Overall a wonderful experience! Condo was more than big enough for the four of us. Absolutely cannot beat that view from the balcony. Check in day was a little chaotic but the Golden Sands had extra help on duty to make it smoother. Tiki Bar is fabulous! Entertainment most nights on the patio was very cool. Only minor complaint was that they seemed to close the outdoor pool prematurely for bad weather that never came.

Golden Sands for the Win

The condo was clean, nicely furnished, with up to date appliances & plenty of room to relax. Golden Sands has everything you need for a great vacation - the ocean at your door, tiki bar & grill, 2 pools, live music, game rooms, & shops. We highly recommend this unit & its generous owners.

Nice clean facility with very accommodating owner

This unit was very comfortable for six of us which included four teenagers. The onsite amenities are very convenient and the view from the unit was beautiful.

Great Stay

Kathy and Nick were wonderful hosts. We were so impressed with how quick they responded to an issue we had with checking into the condo. They made sure everything was perfect for our stay. We were impressed with the cleaning staff. The condo was perfect and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay for the week

Beautiful Condo!

We have been staying in this building for the last 8 years, and we all agreed that this condo is our favorite! Very Nice Stay

This is the 2nd year in a row for our family of 4 and we greatly enjoyed our stay at your condo. It was so nice to walk into a very clean, spacious and comfortable home after travelling, or being on the beach. We thouroughly enjoyed the convenience of having indoor/outdoor pools, tiki bar and the beach all right there. The owner has been tremendous to work with and very responsive. The pictures on the website are accurate.

The Best

Great Condo, Perfect Hosts

It was like staying at a generous friend's well kept and perfectly located home. Cathy has info posted about local restaurants & the property. Golden Sands is a complete resort -- food, entertainment, shops, pools, & a bar on site. There was a slight glitch with an appliance when we checked in but one call to Cathy & Nick & it was taken care of in minutes. Maybe I should say less -- I'd like to keep this gem all to myself 😉😊

Very Nice Unit, Elevator Disaster

Our rental unit was very nice, fully equipped, comfortable. But the elevator service was beyond horrible and the Wi-Fi was terrible. I’d stay in the same u it if it was in a different building.

Great Location and Stunning View

The location of the property was perfect. The view from the balcony is breathtaking. The communication with the owner was outstanding. She replied promptly and addressed concerns immediately. The condo was nice and the kitchen had and utensil you might need on hand. The building, the Golden Sands, could use some updating. One of the ladies who worked at the reservation desk was an absolute doll. The only suggestion that I could make would be to add an inside door lock or swing bar lock. Maintenance has access to the property and nothing prevents them from entering regardless if someone may be napping, showering, etc.

Golden Sands is the best place to stay

3rd year at Golden Sands, first time in this condo. Overall in great condition, carpet felt new, everything clean, and of course the views from the 20th floor are great. Had a few questions along the way and the owner was very responsive. Be sure to ask for linen rental recommendation, made it very easy. If you happen to have a rainy day/night, there are games and puzzles in the second bedroom closet. Will try to book this condo again the next time we go to Ocean City!

Perfect for our family!

This is our first time staying in this condo but not our first in Golden Sands and this condo is by far our favorite! The condo itself was so clean and had everything we needed and wanted. The pictures do not do it justice on how adorable it is! The bedrooms are large and the layout gave us the space we needed! Cathy was so great to work with and very quick to respond. As far as the issues with the slowness of the elevators, you will have that in any high rise condo. We have stayed on multiple floors and I think staying on the 20th provided an easier experience with the elevators. When staying in lower levels, many times the elevator would be full by the time it got to us and we would have to wait. We didn’t find any issues at all this time.

Great vacation even with Covid restrictions!

Our unit was on the 20th Floor. Beautiful view of ocean. Very clean unit. Golden Sands is a very nice Condo complex, it had many limitation due to covid. The shops and the pools, could not be fully opened due to staffing issues and social distancing rules. This would be an awesome place if it was all fully up and running. No fault of the facility. It was very clean and workers were friendly. short walk to beach!! We made the best of everything.. Excellent stay.

Beach, Food and Family

Our condo was just about perfect for my wife and I and our three adult children. I would say it would be ideal for four adults or a family of with up to four smaller children. The owner was helpful (via internet) to get us situated. The rooms were very well furnished and maintained with excellent view of the ocean. Everything worked (even used the waffle iron one morning). We loved sitting on the ocean-front deck and enjoying food/drinks from the Tiki Bar. The mini-market on site had limited hours but saved grocery trips. We were near dozens of excellent places to eat, but you should plan on driving unless you really enjoy long walks. Parking for our car was on the ground level and included in price, but it was a bit pricey to keep my son's car on site, too.

Great place to stay/would return.

Cathy was very easy to work with. She gave me an extended time to make my final payment. She also discounted my stay before I booked due to Covid. The condo is spacious and in a prime location. Due to Covid the pool had very limited use. We didn’t use it. Also the WiFi is public WiFi. No password is needed but did get overloaded and I could not work from laptop. Just be prepared if needed for a job. Lastly the master bedroom has the view!! It’s full glass but with that it makes the room hot. We kept the curtains closed and ran the fan. The only reason I gave the cleanliness a 4 is because we entered our room without knowing it hadn’t been cleaned. Once the cleaners were there, they did a good job. I would stay here again.
