Welcome to your serene wellness retreat in Arvada! This cozy 2-bedroom basement unit offers the ultimate relaxation experience, featuring a private hot tub and cold plunge nestled under a covered porch. Perfect for up to 4 guests, the bedrooms are thoughtfully furnished with a queen bed in one room and queen bunk beds in the other, ensuring a restful night's sleep. Guests will have exclusive access to the entire basement unit during their stay.
Please note that the owners live upstairs in a completely separate unit. They hold the utmost respect for their guests while giving you full independence and privacy in the basement unit and outdoor space.
Unwind in the inviting living space, complete with an electric fireplace, a comfortable sectional sofa with a smart TV, and a ping pong table for friendly competitions. The game room is stocked with plenty of games for entertainment plus a Xbox1, while the dining area doubles as a perfect remote workstation with high-speed internet access.
For those inclined towards wellness, take advantage of the provided workout bands and indulge in the rejuvenating Cold Plunge (ice to be provided by guests) followed by a soak in the hot tub.

Guest Access:
Guests will have exclusive access to the entire basement unit during their stay. You can enter the home through the back left gate. Please exercise caution as you walk down the gravel area to the lower backyard. Once there, enjoy the covered patio wellness center, featuring a cold plunge, hot tub, and fire pit for your relaxation and enjoyment.
The Neighborhood:
Arvada is a desirable Denver suburb with a small-town feel, yet located close to the cityâs best attractions and outdoor adventures. The district of Olde Town Arvada is just a few minutes away and is included on the National Register of Historic Places. Olde Town boasts more than 100 restaurants, breweries, specialty stores, galleries, bars, and other businesses to explore.
The town is known as a quiet, charming city with easy access to downtown Denver, stunning views of the Rocky Mountains, 122 parks, and more than 140 miles of trails â marked with at least seven public bicycle
repair stations. Itâs said each Arvada resident lives within 10 minutes walking distance of a park. This home is no different! Youâre a short walk, bike ride, or car ride to Columbine Park, Ralston-Central Park, Creekside Park, and Berkeley Lake Park plus all their great walking trails! If you want to explore a little further, youâre close to Wheat Ridge, Downtown Golden, and Tennyson Street in Berkeley, where youâll be treated to even more to explore!

Here for a concert? Red Rocks is about 25 minutes away by car. You may want to check out this area regardless of your itinerary â itâs a unique place, and its gateway town of Morrison is charming. Further south, youâll find Roxborough State Park for nearby hiking trails. One of Coloradoâs main draws is Rocky Mountain National Park, which makes for a great day trip. Drive 1.5 hours through a dramatic canyon for a day of hiking, sightseeing, and wildlife viewing.
Depending on your destination, skiing is 1-3 hours away. Locals head to Echo Mountain, Eldora (near Boulder), or Loveland (near Georgetown) for a more low-key experience. Weâre also within a few hours of Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper Mountain, and other snowy delights. There is a Nordic center near Breck if you want to try out cross-country skiing, and the summer months are a great time to rent a kayak to explore Dillon Reservoir. In short, this is the perfect jumping-off point for exploring the best of Denver and the Rockies!
Getting Around:
If youâve never been to Denver, itâs easy to get oriented. The Rocky Mountains are to the West, and Downtown is Southeast of Arvada. We recommend checking out Berkeley, the RiNo Art District and LoDo (Lower Downtown) if you want to stroll the city! You can take the bus from Olde Town Arvada to Union Station, and then catch the light rail to surrounding Denver neighborhoods. Prefer to do your exploring around Denver on two wheels? Grab a B-Cycle and get pedaling! For those without a car, we recommend utilizing Uber or Lyft. Premier attractions such as the 16th Street Mall, City Park, Denver Zoo, and Denver Botanic Gardens are a short, inexpensive ride away.
