Ultra clean, stylish living w/ homey touches. Explore Denver like a local, immerse yourself in the vibrant fall colors of the Rockies or experience a world famous Red Rocks concert. If you're in Denver on business, you're minutes from the Federal Center or Denver West. Start your adventure with a complimentary breakfast. Prepare a meal in your kitchenette and enjoy a quiet evening, or take a short walk and light rail/Uber to downtown experiencing all that Denver has to offer. NOT 420 FRIENDLY.
The Space:
Catch a world-class show at the Denver Performing Arts Center or try a unique microbrew at one of our many microbreweries. This space is very flexible with a queen bed in one room, and a trundle bed in the second bedroom that can be utilized as one or two twin beds, or combined to make one king size bed as well as a sofa sleeper in the common area. The flat is located in the basement of a family home in 6th Avenue West. Close to restaurants, shopping and 3 blocks to the RTD light rail Red Rocks station. Surrounded by hiking trails from Green Mountain only a mile away, to nearly endless trails to chose from within Jefferson County alone. Plenty of activities close by from fishing and kayaking to skiing and snowshoeing. Access the space via key code through a private entry door and stairs to the basement. We are a family of 4 and will do our best to keep the noise down. As we have children we do adhere strictly to the no smoking of any kind policy. Not 420 Friendly. Thank you for your understanding.
Guest Access:
The space includes a mini kitchen which has a fridge, microwave, stove top and a toaster oven. If you need any additional kitchen items feel free to ask.
The Neighborhood:
Sixth Avenue West is a nice, quiet, safe neighborhood located at the gateway to the Rockies.
Getting Around:
The Red Rocks RTD light rail is only 3 blocks away. The light rail can take you downtown to a Rockies or Broncos game, shopping in Cherry Creek or back to the Denver Airport.
Other Things to Note:
NOT 420 FRIENDLY! Please DO NOT smoke in, on, or around the property.
NEW COVID-19 CHECK-OUT POLICY!
-For your safety and ours, we now require all guests to open all the windows in the space on the morning of check-out in order to air it out.
-All used dishes are to be placed in the dish rack.
Guests must be able to climb 11 stairs. We have a 15-pound hypoallergenic dog. You will not interact with him unless you want to as he does not have access to the space
It's a shared HVAC system with the rest of the house, but the HVAC is a newer system that uses a MERV 13 filter that should catch a significant number of viruses.
Interaction with Guests:
We will be happy to check you in and show you the space. If you need anything, feel free to text.
