Ideally located on vibrant Smith Street, this industrial pad offers a convenient base to explore Melbourne’s inner-north. Open plan living is framed by large windows and unique artwork, from film posters to city maps. Tickle the ivories or unwind on the sofa in front of the TV after taking advantage of the dedicated workspace’s HD monitor. Sip your coffee on the terrace, soaking up city views and come evening, retreat to the bedroom where another balcony offers the perfect spot for sunset wines.
Primely located in the heart of Fitzroy and a short tram ride into the CBD, this NY-style apartment offers a comfortable homebase. The air-conditioned lounge room is spacious and furnished with a mix of modern and rustic. The sofa converts to a double sofa bed, sleeping one additional guest. You’ll find lots of unique touches that make the apartment more than just a standard stay, including an office space set up with a Mac monitor, plenty of books, games, movies and TV box sets, and even a piano complete with headphones for late-night recitals.
Stock up on groceries at the Coles nearby and cook up a meal in the open kitchen which is fully stocked with all the essentials plus stainless steel appliances and an espresso machine. The island bench offers seating for relaxed mornings at home. Gather around the six-seater table on the spacious outdoor terrace, the perfect spot to enjoy a sunset dinner or a sunrise breakfast.
The bedroom offers a queen bed fronting a wall-hung TV and side tables, lamps and power outlets by the bed. A full-length wardrobe offers plenty of storage space for your luggage and belongings, while a second balcony offers even more outdoor space. The modern bathroom features a shower with strong water pressure, toilet, basin and organic toiletries. You’ll find an additional half bath, great for visiting guests, plus in-unit laundry facilities.
Caution: The outside walkway leading to the apartment tends to accumulate water on its glass surface, creating a slippery condition. We acknowledge that this is a design flaw in the building, and we are actively working on remedial measures. Please be extra vigilant when using the walkway until the necessary improvements are completed. Your safety is our priority.
Our property is equipped with a small quantity of basic sundries to suit a short stay or to get you started on an extended visit. We offer a selection of essentials to make your stay comfortable, including toilet paper, single-use shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, tea, coffee, long-life milk, and cleaning/laundry supplies. Beds are made with linens and we provide one towel per person, bath mat, hand towel and tea towel. We do not replenish these items and encourage you to travel with additional items or purchase these locally during your stay. If staying longer-term, please contact us to arrange cleaning including fresh linens and replenishment of these supplies at an additional cost.
Due to local regulations, we can happily host you for up to 90 nights. Any bookings that exceed this duration will be cancelled by Vrbo.
