Please Note: A $100 Quay Amenity Fee is required upon arrival and is payable by credit card directly to building security. This fee includes one parking pass and access to many of The Quay's amenities, including the indoor and outdoor heated pools, ping-pong room, arcade room, and The Quay Café (open seasonally during the summer months) serving breakfast and lunch. Additional parking may be available on a first-come, first-served basis. If available, a second parking pass may be purchased for $15.00 per day or $100.00 per week.

* A linen package is available to purchase as an add-on to your reservation at the time of booking. Linen packages include one (1) set of sheets for each bed listed and one (1) set of towels for each guest, up to the maximum occupancy of the unit. Sheet sets include one (1) fitted, one (1) flat sheet and two (2) pillowcases. Twin sheet sets come with one (1) pillowcase. Towel sets include one (1) bath towel, one (1) hand towel and one (1) wash cloth per guest up to the maximum occupancy.
