Bella Sera OCMD includes 2 bedrooms (1 King & 1 Queen size bed), an enclosed all-season porch with great view functioning as an alternate 3rd sleeping area, gaming room, or mocktail-cocktail lounge. The porch has 2 (fold-out twin-size) loveseats. There are 2 bathrooms - one bathtub, and an oversized shower stall with seat & double shower heads (rain & handheld).

The surrounding complex is nicely landscaped, and the adjoining waterfront is partly managed by the State of Maryland Natural Resources making bird, wildlife and boat watching easy from the 2nd floor screened and glass enclosed back porch.
At the end of the lane there is a public access path feeding directly into the beach. At that location there is a beach cabana where guests can rent umbrellas and chairs. The Ocean City Library, churches, EV charging stations and public bus stop are on the same block.
This location is close to the beach, near restaurants, bars, public transportation, 2 grocery stores and cinema.
Check-in is 4:00 pm & Check-out is by 10am.
A unique entry code will be text to the Guest on the day of check in.

Consider Bringing:
Beach gear, including beach towels. The beach is an approximate 1-2 block walk, so if there is a lot of gear consider bringing a cart. Bath towels for the number of people specified in your reservation are provided.
Toiletries.
Paper goods. Initial paper towels & starter toilet paper are provided.
Pillows, if you will use more than 8.

Sheets for 2 single (twin) size beds, if you plan to use the foldouts on the enclosed back porch. Upon arrival 1 set of clean sheets are on the King and Queen size beds.
Sheets for the travel crib, if you plan to use the crib. Additional baby equipment can be rented, and a suggestion is A to Z Rentals.

Food/drinks including coffee (for drip coffee machine) & bottled water.

Things to Know:
Animals & smoking are not permitted on the premises.
The building is a mid-rise and there are no elevators servicing any units.
Outdoor swimming pool is seasonal and not open year-round.
Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian during the reservation.
The cleaning fee covers the cost to clean the unit between reservations.
Direct and VRBO bookings require refundable insurance coverage applied at booking and returned after departure.
Please contact us if the temperature level needs adjusting as the thermostat is remotely set at comfortable seasonal levels.

Clean sheets on 2 beds upon arrival and bath towels for the number of guests stated in your reservation are provided.
A lease agreement and valid government photo ID are required within 24 hours of initiating booking, in order to complete reservation. The same applies to Instant Bookings plus positive reviews required.
