Cette unité est un condo de 2 étages face à l'océan avec de belles vues panoramiques sur l'océan et la baie depuis le salon et les deux chambres. La nuit, vous pouvez voir les hôtels à Bethany et le pont de la rivière Indian à l'inlet Delaware. Le condo peut accueillir 8 personnes confortablement: la chambre principale a un nouveau lit king, la chambre 2 a un lit double et un nouveau lit queen, un nouveau canapé-lit complet et un nouveau canapé-lit jumeau dans le salon. La cuisine complète est approvisionnée pour répondre à tous vos besoins, y compris Keurig et cafetière. Comcast et WiFi GRATUITS. Laveuse et sécheuse pleine grandeur à l'intérieur de l'unité. De nombreux équipements sur la propriété, y compris une piscine intérieure / extérieure chauffée, un sauna, une salle de jeux avec tables de billard, une salle de table de ping-pong, un dépanneur / épicerie fine sur place, un court de tennis et une sécurité sur place 24h / 24. Place is very conveniently located, with private access to the beach and pool. The panoramic views of the bay and the beach from the living room is amazing. We caught most amazing sunrise and sunset from the room.

Great views, great location

This condo was perfect for 5 adults, and was both comfortable and well-stocked with the things we needed to spend a week in OC. The Quay is a busy place in the summer with lots of people coming in-and-out, but the beach location is tough to beat. Overall had a great stay and would do it again in a heartbeat.

Great place!

Beautiful view, affordable, and clean. This penthouse was awesome. The spiral staircase had me skeptical a little bit because of my two children under 10 years old, but it was fine. There was an alternate entrance if needed for the second floor. It was roomy and comfortable for my family. Eric made the whole process super easy and stress free.

Great little getaway.

This condo met our expectations, even with being a little dated. The condo was clean, beds were comfortable, and kitchen was sticked with everything we needed during our stay. Paper towels, tp, hand soap, diah soap, and kleenex were all provided. The view us amazing. We saw sime sun rises and sunsets, but most of the time we were in the clouds, it was a foggy weekend. Great location, kids loved the pools too. We will definately be returning to this gem.

Family Getaway

Property was wonderful. Comfortable furniture and nicely equipped kitchen. Comfortable beds with lots of extra pillows. Very spacious with outstanding views. Condo building was in a great location, very peaceful and quiet. 2 bathrooms with a nice sized tub to soak in. Overall very pleasant, relaxing stay. The Owner Eric made us feel like family. My family and I will definitely, book this condo again in the future. Loved all the amenities in the condo and on the building property.

Mini vacation

Met our needs. Could use some updating. Checking in was okay, getting your luggage to the room & back to your vehicle when leaving was not fun you have the choice of a shopping cart or laundry carts covered in dust. This is not the owners fault this is what the Quay condominium building provides quests. Loved the outdoor pool.

Excellent getaway

Everything was nice. The owner provided all supplies. Toilet paper, paper towels,dish soap,garbage bags, plastic wrap, laundry detergent, etc. Enough for the whole week not just sample sizes. Never stayed at a place that provided that much supplies. The pool was nice the buiding was nice.

True to online listing

Ample space for 4 adults.loved the direct beach access. Appreciative of the extras that were included : paper towels, garbage bags, toilet paper etc. The only drawback is that there is construction going on in the unit nextdoor so it was loud, at times. Luckily, the weather was beautiful and we spent most time outdoor.

Ocean City Vacation

The place at the Quay was very nice and was described accurately. Only issue we had was the dryer would not dry clothes throughly (even with just a few pieces in the dryer). Also the upholstery had some stains on them but that may have been from previous renters. The condo was cleaned before check in. The View was great but staircase took a lot of getting used to. If someone had an leg injury they would not be able to use the steep staircase

Nice beachfront condo in a convenient location

This condo is unique in that it has 2 levels. The views of the ocean and the bay are spectacular. The owner was very good with his communication. The condo has been well maintained, and the own supplies paper and cleaning products, which is a nice bonus, and not typical, in our experience of renting in OC for many years. The building is also well maintained and parking was easy. It has a nice swimming pool.

Wonderful condo

Great condo, great location. Easy walk to the beach. Condo had everything needed for cooking meals, as well as all paper products! View was beautiful of ocean and bay. Erich communicated well before the stay. Didn’t need anything at all while we were there. Lots of stair comments in reviews so I’ll mention it was no trouble at all taking our big luggage around to the outside stairs.

Amazing Stay

Eric was available for any questions I had throughout the stay, we had a minor issue at check in and it was resolved immediately. Condo was immaculate and so many amenities/ household products were supplied by him for our use. The Quay condo staff were also phenomenal, friendly & helpful. They remembered our faces and carried a conversation every time they seen us. 10/10 would return!

Beautiful…. Best ever

It was wonderful. Eric’s unit is beautifully decorated and the cleanest unit I’ve ever stayed in. We’ll stay here again…. I can’t imagine staying anywhere else! Eric was always available for questions and so kind and accommodating. The views are outrageous! We loved it here…. In my almost 50 years the best unit in every way that I’ve stayed in. Thank you Eric!!!

Nice for a quick getaway

NO BALCONY!!!! We enjoyed our stay, however something needs to be done about the steps. No full grown adult should have to navigate up and down the steps. With your luggage is damn near impossible to do. The sofa in the living room could use some upgrading. We had the conveniences of home which we appreciates. But a few upgrades are needed.

Overall very nice place and owner was very responsive. View and location were great. The only reason for an overall rating of 4 vs. 5 was the narrow winding stairs going to the 2nd floor. These were hard to navigate for my wife. Otherwise great place.

Absoltly stunning

It was perfect for me and my boyfriend my 13 yr old son and my now 12 yr old daughter. We took her for her 12th bday the building had a lil arcade right on the beach we even got to watch a wedding at the building next door... Wide open windows for the views. It was really like our home for the 3 days will deff be returning in the future and as often as possible!

Awesome view

Overall, we had a wonderful stay and the location is in a great part of North OC. The view was a constant pleasure morning to night. The only issue we had was that the spiral staircase is very narrow and steep, so going up and down with an infant was difficult. We often went out the top floor door and walked down the exit stairs and back in the 25th floor door. Eric was great to communicate with and we had no other issues.

Born and raised in Frederick, Maryland. I've been coming down to Ocean City for over 45 years, first as a child with my parents and then with my own children. I always wanted to own a place at the beach and this property just fit. All I ask is that you treat it like your own.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

Can I say it again, THE VIEW!!!! As soon as I walked into the unit, I was sold. I just purchased this property Apr 2017 and hope to retire here someday. I truly hope you enjoy your stay and continue to return. I plan to leave a book in the unit and would appreciate to hear about your stay and things I could do to make it better for you the next time you might stay.
